Here in North America we call that *Game day* Chili (google it). If you ever get the chance to go to Asia, DO IT, you'll never regret it.

Ground beef, diced onion and garlic, beer, pureed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, corn flour (masa). Not positive, but that's my guess.

Probably the one time I’m being a negative critic because usually these videos are awesome! Whoever is the chef for this video doesn’t seem to know when to flip things. Onions were being flipped when it clearly wasn’t ready. Bacon being flipped then being flipped again so one side isn’t ready…
