I am huge fan of snorkeling, and I would love to try this one out, but I see only one advantage that is the angel and probably when you get some water it will stay bottom.
But there must be the disadvantage of taking much more "air" with you when sinking.
But Iam impressed it looks sealed even with your beard.
This is not an "in-depth" review.

I'd be really interested to know about the facial hair too. The photos at the end look like you had a beard and tried the mask. How did it work? I've got a beard but wouldn't want to shave in order to use the mask. Thanks for the video and the additional beard related info.

It is a REGULAR SNORKEL attached to a full face - face mask. Period.
It's a 'super snorkel', if you will; A regular snorkel and facemask only as a one-piece unit.

I can do the valsalva without having to plug my nose and blow i can just do it somehow athough my right ear does it a bit better than my left for some reason

When you dive into the water, and the orange top goes below the ocean, can you still breathe? If so, for how long?
No, when submerged, the valve seals. It does not store air.
I don't like mine because if you have the bad idea to try to breath when underwater water goes in a lot by the valve that is supposed to seal. When i came back to website there was a new warning saying that this mask is designed to stay at the surface... Who is staying at the surface only when snorkeling
Sorry to hear of your troubles. Be certain to get the true, "Tribord" brand. There are a lot of other manufacturers slapping their names on cheap replica's constructed with sub-standard materials. We've searched the official manufacturer's website, www.tribord.co.uk, and are unable to locate the new warning you mentioned. Perhaps you were not on the correct one?

Sounds good not having to clear the snorkel when surfacing to start breathing again. That valve at the top must drain the water out the side of the top. Would make for a more comfortable dive, is annoying having to save air to clear the pipe/snorkel with traditional ones.
Are you can use it to dive deep under the water?
so if you take a breath while the snorkel is above the water can you go underwater until you run out of air and then take another breath above water without clearing out the water?
does it pinch your nose for you allowing to decompress?

You can only breath when that orange thing is over the water level or also when you are completelly covered by water (and the mask too)?
Like most snorkels with valves, this one shuts when it is underwater so you don't get a mouthful of water. No, you cannot breathe when the snorkel is under water.
and if you forget it and try to breath underwater, you'll get a mouthfull of water cause the seal in front of the mouth only work when the orange thing is out of water

At the beginning of the video you mentioned you may need a smaller size since there is a small gap between your chin and the mask, is it alright to use with the gap or does the snorkel have to completely seal onto your face?

is this total dry? as in when u completely submerge into water does the water seep in?
if fit properly, it seemed to take 30+ minutes before any noticeable amount of water would seep in, and that was with facial hair.

The snorkel has a clip at the base that you push in and remove the mask. I don't belong to this group but I do own one of these terrific masks. The snorkel removes for storage quite easily but fastens securely so it does not fall off. If you are asking because you want to swim without the snorkel, that's not going to work. I hope this helps.

If they made that snorkel part a little bigger to store about 4 breaths of air, these things would be amazing
+MotorcycleTherapy It would have to be hella big though, and also where would the carbon dioxide (exhale) go, would it mix with the air, if so it would be highly dangerous. Not really a realistic want, if you wanna breath underwater so badly just take up scuba, because what would you really do with 4 breaths.
I have no idea about how, just want.. small size, light weight, convenient and I'm sure there would be a way to have some sort of button that people could push to exhale the CD and I'll be happy. 4 breaths worth of air, like a shock absorber, a plate separates 2 areas in the chamber to store equal amounts of air / CD. I don't know man, it might be possible, but it could just be a waist of a good brainstorm

I swim underwater all the time once going underwater water does any water get in where the mouth part is and can you breath underwater with it while swimming and can you stay underwater with it and still breath for a long time does any water get in that way to or not at all.

It's better to take off the mask and have a break every 30 minutes. And FFM is best for surface snorkel, not deep diving. I will suggest a fog free one, Seabeast AF90. It's the only one treated its lens with anti fog coating and will not fog up even exhaling on its lens inside directly.

tried one and buyed one, and i have to make such of an effort to breathe.. anyone experiencing this? It's like, everytime you breathe in, it feels kinda though and you feel the negative pressure onyour cheeks, and it's like breathing trough a tiny hole. Anyone experiencing this? I think im gonna turn it in again on the store and ask for a refund

Any diver worth his salt knows that you can clear a j-tube snorkel under water, and breath straight away when it breaks the surface..WITHOUT the puff of air you speak of. It's called physics, or experience!!
