  • The Public Order and Security Boat, developed by the Turkish defense industry, is receiving new orders with the missions it undertakes in lakes, rivers and seas.
    The boats, known as ASBOTs, which are produced in cooperation between ASFAT, the Military Factory and Shipyard Management Corporation, and YÜTEK Makina Shipbuilding Industry, are being offered for use by various institutions.
    The new generation public order and security boat, which was designed and built in a short period of time under the contractorship of ASFAT in order to contribute to the work of the Gendarmerie General Command, was later put into the use of the General Directorate of Security.
    Finally, ASBOT deliveries were completed in April within the scope of the 8 Port Control Boat Project signed between ASFAT and the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs of the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
    Following this project, a contract was signed for the procurement of new ASBOTs to be used in rivers and blue homeland borders, and production started. In this context, 15 more ASBOTs will be purchased for the Gendarmerie General Command.
    Designed and produced to contribute to security and public order activities, ASBOT has high maritime capability thanks to its new generation design. ASBOT, an auxiliary patrol boat that shows high success in challenging missions with its superior maneuvering capabilities, is superior to its counterparts as a cost-effective project in addition to its high success.
    The boats were built from composite material using vacuum infusion technology.
    The boats, which are 10.2 meters long and 3.2 meters wide, can operate in lakes, rivers and seas, and can reach speeds of up to 40 knots with 2 250 horsepower outboard engines. ASBOT is designed to be able to make full port and full starboard turns when fully underway.
    The hull structure of the boat is built with a stepped hull design, which is a modern production technique different from classical production construction methods, providing high speed and stable navigation.
    With a cruising capacity of 80 nautical miles at maximum speed and 120 nautical miles at economic speed, ASBOT can easily meet the required operational requirements within its mission radius.

    2021 yılında Sahil Güvenlik komutanlığının benzer bot ihalesini Ares Tersanesi kazanmıştı. sonraki siparişler ile birlikte ARES 35 FPB botundan 165'in üzerinde üretilip sahil güvenlik ve deniz polisi birimlerine teslim edildi. ASBOT'un boyutları ve hızı ARES 35 ile neredeyse aynı. ne oldu da benzer botları 2 ayrı yerden alıyorlar

    Neden bizim botlar silahlı değil başka ülkelerin bu görevleri yapan botlarında teknelerinde hep makineli ve top lar mevcut.
