But as a former story writer myself, I consider newer movies and shows to be borderline brainrot on purpose. I'll explain why. Television networks and big film studio companies are controlled by billionaire predators who push propaganda by blacklisting people that fight against this predatory profit system. Hollywood's golden era is over because of predatory corporate takeovers that were meant for attacking the middle class for enriching greedy predators. Communities have been destroyed because of this. So, lower-class people have little to no social safety net for becoming the best version of themselves. So, you have declining academic performance that negatively affects the quality of modern entertainment. That's why newer movies and shows have become borderline brainrot to make sure people are obedient consumers while predatory billionaires laugh all the way to the bank. We're not in an era of enlightenment. Billionaires have made sure that most schools don't teach people elite education for proper critical thinking skills. Otherwise, many people would be well-informed rather than brainwashed by these predators. Don't think many people are brainwashed? Then, why do people like Julian Assange get imprisoned for speaking the truth? If many people weren't brainwashed, Julian Assange would never get imprisoned for speaking the truth. Instead, many people would know who their rulers really are. Like I said. We're not in an era of enlightenment. So, I don't take newer movies and shows seriously anymore. Teen Wolf looks pretty good. I’m watching it but it got slagged again. First kind of woke show.
