    I would use hot glue to fix the servo connectors. This give you additional security.

    Hi Rc Video Review, Im really impressed with your explanation on detail. It is super easy to listening and understand what you seeing.
    I have a question for you!
    Can you tell me how you balance your rc aircraft( some guys that i know including my self using finger method, for lighter rc aicraft, but how about like 14 lbs or more heavy rc plane? ( don't tell me that you use a Vanessa rig) pls
    Thanks

      I actually printed a 3D stand. These larger planes usually balance on the wing spar (this one does). So the stand is designed to hold the plane on the spar. I've also found after flying a large number of EF/SW planes: If you use the gear they recommend, the planes will fly. As long as I can get it up and down, I tune my CG by flying it and assessing its behavior in-flight.

    Lovely looking plane. Ill be interested to see what flight times you can squeeze out of it with the electric power plant. With dual receivers, this will be the time to let the X10+ make the decisions about failsafe.

      This motor/prop/volts combo should draw about 100a @ peak. I'm forecasting 6-7m depending on how I fly it. The 2nd Rx is built and ready to install.

      All of my EF and Skywing planes have ELRS. In v3.0 they added full res channels for 1-8 and 1-16 at half rate (166hz).

    What process did you use to figure out where the motor mounts where located on the firewall? I hope you did a video of this work.

    • @RCVideoReviews
      @RCVideoReviews  Год назад +1

      No video. There were markings for gas engines. I did the scientific method of centering the radial mount for the Dualsky on those markings, and hitting the radial mount holes with a punch.

    now your getting into rc. now try building and go gas so you can fly more , electric is ok but as you will find out bigger flies better. . arfs brought on laziness. but they have gotten nice in the early days of arf's many issues with thrust angle , incidence etc.
