To reduce the number of representatives in Congress for their masters that they counted for. The abolitionists which included some high-profile slave owners correctly believed that the slaves should not count towards any representation in Congress but compromises were made so to make a single country. When you compare the number of wars in Europe to those in North America that particular deal with the devil was probably for the greater good.

This isn't the flex statement you think it is. Because woman not paying taxes is a given under the system he wants to go back to. Property doesn't pay tax. Woman won't be able to work and will be the property of their father/brother/husband. Woman won't be able to buy property or have checking accounts or even make medical decisions without the man. Just 50 yrs ago woman couldn't have a checking account or even have medical procedures done without her mans approval. This guy wants to go back over 100 yrs ago.

This video would be more effective if it contrasted this guy with the other one, you know, actually talk about the other candidate and point out some of his policies.

I think the point of this video was to discourage people from voting for this candidate. Comparing all the candidates who are running would take too long and be outside the scope of the video.
There are other resources for determining which of this guy's competitors is the best option.
