Hope it will get better soon! I also suddenly had this out of the blue and opted for dermatological treatment, but in the end this only got away by taking birth control pills to flatten out the hormones.

Were u early pregnant this time or u were abt to get pregnant like iske foreign baad u became pregnant because when i was very very early pregnant for the first time i had same situation n i consulted dermat but nothing worked and then after 1 or 2 month of pregnancy it all cleared up automatically without any treatment any medication
