No mither was already a bad perk. The latest patch showing the killer you have the perk just nerfs it massively. Before, it was possible the killer would abandon you to chase others, but showing the killer you have the perk means you will always be instantly hooked, and makes it even more useless.

How do you know he was a Prestige 3 Doctor? Do the killers change looks during Prestiges?! Edit: Is that a Perk were you get freed from the killer on your own? If so what Perk is it?

The max is 500,000 he had 13 mil because his girlfriend's account got erased, so he sent them proof of the account and the devs gave him 13 mil to restock his account

And Decisive Strike is the escape perk.
Are you talking about Decisive Strike? The perk he used to hit a skill check to release himself from the killer's hold.
Decisive strike is the perk. If you’re the obsession, get the skill check, otherwise, get wiggle to 45%, then the skill check
