1) emergency hospital expenses can be settled thru credit cards without requesting from frnds/relatives when u r out of money.
2) entertainment expense like movie tkt gadget purchase can b done thru credit card even when u have sufficient bank balance (bcoz of this u earn 45days of interest)
NOTE: do not fall in trap of emi and don't spend ur future salary/profit now itself. Spend ur actual bank balance via credit card.

Credit scores gets affected if these major cases
1. Delay payments of due
2. Closing old credit cards
3. Credit usage ratio if above 30% of allowance..
5. Credit usage is 0% (yes credit scores falls even if you don’t use the cards, one has to maintain 1% to 9% to keep scores increasing)
And some more, please go though the details in full before getting a credit card..

@@b.sivakumar4328 Hi you can close, so imagine you have 2 credit cards one bought 2 years ago and another bought 1 year ago. closing the 2 year old card will bring your CIBIL scores down than when closing 1 year old card.
But I'm not really sure what will happen to credit scores/ CIBIL scores if someone decides to close both or all the credit cards they own.. still looking for the right answer

I have totally 4 credit card and total limit is 10.5 lakh. Every month I used pay around 1 lakh rs . I earn around 500 to 1k per month through rewards . Best credit card are Amazon ICICI card and hdfc platinum dinners club. Each points give 1 rs .

How many of them know about these emi traps and aware of late payment fees? Some time we tend to forget. See if you are able to repay the amount in 45 days why can’t you buy after 45 days? Say for example, The credit limit is 1lac, Often I have seen people borrowing from some one else to repay the amount in 45 days.

My suggestion would be stay frugal and have expenses within your income limits. If you can't afford something, either you increase income or don't buy it. I would never suggest buying credit card unless you have good amount of income to cushion it.

Untill u reach the level of understanding that u need self discipline and self motivation instead of an external motivation or inspiration we need an external inpiration to push ourselves to do the work towards achieving our goal we can atleast do it instead of sitting in room and scrolling... see motivation is an initial external factor which enables or stimulates ourselves to do our work but if u have self motivation and self discipline u no need that external factor to stimulate u to do the work having a person as an inspiration is not such a bad thing inspiring from a person means just learning a few things from him and trying to apply it in our own life so we can have someone as an inspiration initially many domt have inspiration and they dont do anything they dont know who they want to be and they dont even take initial steps in order to achieve it people who have an inspiration and truely when they aim towards something as they get mature they will surely realize about self motivation and they do +1 level up in their life upto that point its ok to have an inspiration and at atleast in any one point in life we all needed/will need an motivation or inspiration to overcome that particular situation but its not applicable to all situations at any one of instant in when we feel would feel broke we need some sort of external motivation not all need it but majority of the people need it bcz ppl like u can understand abt self motivation but when there are harder or stressful time our mind would not function properly and think about self motivation at that times we seek for external motivation.... External motivation means i am not talking abt motivational shorts or vids from yt motivation can be from ur mother father sibling frnd etc...

Credit card works payment networks like MasterCard Visa and AMEX. I have one card with each of this payment network, so should you!. My Visa credit card from kotak royal signature and MasterCard from SBI simply save didn't work at a restaurant in Thailand but AMEX gold card worked! Maavu aatla anniki 😂

Okay thanks Rahul for spreading this awareness, so I have this perspective.. credit benefits people who use it wisely, but imagine if everyone starts using the card wisely banks won’t make profits.
But banks are making ton of profits through credit cards which is a fact, that only means most of the users loose money with the cards than gaining..
So yaro loose pandra money majorly due to lack or awareness about credits is what that comes around as reward.. honestly even if there are gains from credit cards as a product it’s so unfair, solely because it made with a hope that people loose money out of it.
And credit is such a American concept even UK didn’t let credit cards penetrate them, thus they are betting india now.
Please correct me if I’m wrong, but I can’t use credit with conscious of knowing the money we get is someone else’s fine charges and losses. That sounds pretty unfair to me as a system itself..
