These units were never expended in suicide missions. 3--The original idea behind the Spartan 3 program was to expand it to eventually field tens of thousands of them. Yet they never did field numbers like that, possibly because it took longer than they thought to apply their genetic and implantation improvement technology to be usable on adults (up until Spartan IV program only pre-pubesent people could go through the process). Honestly we need an animated series of halo thats multiple stories of the Human Covenant war
7:50 when you walk in and the entire covenant in the room are just dabbing at their fates
Spartan 3s were the ruthless animals of the the spartan family. They trained harder than any other set of Spartans and learned how to do massive damage with bare bones equipment as opposed to the spartan 2s shiney tech. I think of the spartan 2s as similar to Rangers, skilled efficient killers and highly disciplined and come at u with brute force and power spartan 3s are like Green Berets, more laid back and unconventional and rely on more tactics and guerilla warfare.
Spartan 3's are more like rangers since they're direct action and usually get killed more often. 2's are like devgru or delta
@@geekedonxans7795 what unit would u characterize Headhunters to? Lol
@@KillMonger592I consider headhunters/lone wolf the tier 1 ranger reconnaissance team,
@@R3blue I agree
I cried when Jonah died. I was 10 when I first saw this and I cried again today.
They need halo missions like this for the new halo infinity.
I can't believe the silent shadow are in halo infinite
17:50
I agree, when in doubt blow s*** up
this has amazing dialogue "tend to to think I turned out ok
"Jay, you're essentially a government sanctioned sociopath.
That's not normal and some would say far from ok (all delivered
in this completely just another tuesday tone of voice I just love
it)"
OMG, I THINK ONE OF THEM VOICED KENNY IN TWD
RelativelyNiceGamer What? It doesnt sound anything like kenny.
Aidan Dixon Pretty sure it is. The guy in the green armour.
Spartan Jonah is the one in the green Eva
Love these stories, looking forwards to more.
“First we taught them to be quiet, then we taught them to be Spartans”
I love the attitude in this ^^
A halo game with MGSV gameplay.
I WANT IT
Lets admit it though the S3's are suicidally bad ass...
I like how the beginning has a little peice of the Mona Lisa music
I'm sure green guy is not dead. He is Missing In Action.
They're both missing in action.
Amen to that! TheSteelEcho666
Remember ghosts of onyx...
Sean Newton Yeah, one of the first things that came to mind when I saw these Spartan-IIIs.
UNSC Spartan-II exactly
*KURT-051, A LEGENDS*
I just saw at 7:53 a grunt did a dab 0-0
sorta
6:06 oh yeah. Being a headhunter and going into high risk missions is so hard! Watch as I kill a grunt and sneak past three jackals!
69 people are glimmer shoppers
@midgetydeath nice
9:33 taunt of the year
He was just aHEAD of the game there.
Noble 6 was a headhunter
16:36 someone tell me how the hell you do that when you have elites spec ops running towards you. Damn spi armor didn't seem to have shields when roland died.
He was impaled by an energy sword though. If human knives are sharp enough to cut through shielding, of course he would’ve been cut and gutted like a piñata, and camo drains shield power to recharge
Voice acting could have been better. Had trouble tellling which character was speaking because of the same sounding voices and lack of any sort of emotion, even during the scenes that require at least /some/ form of emotive inflection.
Well the SIII have very little emotion in general
