7:36 I don't think I've heard this announcement before when I'm taking the train from Central to Mascot. Instead, the train guards would just yell at anyone whose rushing to get through the closing doors.
It’s been a feature that has always existed however not used too much. At Town Hall it gets used a lot though!
it looks empty at 7.00am? Granted, I've never been to and fro Circular Quay during the morning peak period.
It normally gets packed in the afternoon peak so I reckon maybe a lot of commuters get off at surrounding stations and then leave from Circular Quay.
