short answer: No, get maulani Long answer: Raiden is a good driver for some teams, she can really help energy hungry teams like rational (Raiden national), and she's technically the best hyperbloom character. But, she's not a competitive DPS unless she's C2, even then she barely compares to top tear DPS characters like arlecchino and neuvillette at C0, and from the testing I've seen for maulani, it looks like she's going to break the meta. Please check out some of the videos that big genshin content creators have been uploading about f2p maulani
@@kimdubu5491 if you don't want a character that's only just a DPS then Raiden is good, but if in the future you want to make her a dps instead of a support then might want to get get c2 or supports like chevreuse or c1 Bennett cause those two supports helped me get like 190k and that's just without Sara. Anyways even if a DPS get's powercrept they're still pretty good and could get an indirect buff (speaking of like Diluc and Hu Tao here and Xiao with Xianyun buffing them) but I don't recommend getting DPS's from cryo if you're following meta since there's better dps's out there . Although in general, pull who you like (however if it's from someone in 1.x-2.x patches then you need to really really invest in them)
The problem with C2 Raiden is that on one hand she's really strong (~50% stronger than C0 Raiden), but on the other hand she's comparable to C0 Arlecchino or Neuvillette. So if you really love Raiden then maybe, but if you've noticed I am running her with C6 Sara, which gives her a massive electro crit damage buff. TLDR: You can either have C2 Raiden, or C0 Raiden and C0 Arlecchino and C0 Neuvillette... so you decide based on how important Raiden is to you.
My laptop's cpu fan is dead 😭, and it's the middle of the summer. I tried to replace the dead fan and change the thermal paste, but there's a few stripped screws on the motherboard that I couldn't take out no matter what I did :') The only reason my 7 year old laptop is still alive is the GPU fan, and an external normal human fan that I point towards the laptop hoping it is doing something 😭
I consider my raiden to be well built, but not perfect. I think the biggest factor in her damage here is the supports: 1- C6 Sara gives Ei 748 ATK and 60% Crit Damage 2- Bennet gives her 1029 ATK 3- Kazuha is giving her 38% Electro Damage Bounus, and he's shredding enemies elector resistance by 40% That gives my Ei: 1- 4344 ATK 2- 242.9 Crit Damage 3- 117.3 Electro Damage Bounus and Enemies have: 1- 40% Electro resistance reduction 2- 60% DEF reduction

If you can get at least 180+% ER with an attack sands, and the substats are better, then yes you should switch. But make sure to test your team after and see if that's enough ER for Raiden to get her burst back on cooldown
in this case, I would recommend running an aggravate or quickbloom team. If you have Furina, then run a team like Clorinde, Furina, a dendro support, and Fischl. Otherwise, try running Clorinde, a dendro support, fischl, and a flex character
C2 raiden makes a massive difference in her damage, and allows you to use her in new teams. C2 Clorinde just enhances her kit, but it's not as drastic of a change. I would say C2 raiden is worth your primogems way more than clorinde, but of course you don't need either to enjoy the characters and 36 star the abyss ;3

welcome back 😊 It depends on what characters you have. Overload needs Chevreuse, but it's easier to build since all of your characters will do some damage, not just Raiden. If you run Xiangling in this team is become really strong. Hypercarry is harder, it requires C6 Sara, Bennett, and Kazuha or c6 Sucrose. Also your build needs to be a lot better than overload.

In last rerun i spent 150 pulls to get raiden but couldn't even get a single copy of sara. She is harder to get than raiden 😢

Try that team with fischl instead, it will have less reactions, but fischl can make up for it with her damage
