      I wonder your opinions on the trainer and live with zippy's stuff, i imagine it'd make them sound similar and stuff like that

    • @RingOfShameful
      @RingOfShameful 7 месяцев назад +1

      The difference between what will did and a clone blade is that clone companies take other designs and just make it to make a profit off of it, but what will did is he took his vulp cutouts and made it a live blade, so although it looks similar, it was from his brain and intentional for a purpose, rather than just stolen for no particular reason
      I do recognize what you're getting at though lmao

    03:58 Exactly the same feelings for me. I got the false live blade and was pretty meh about it when I got it but, it's seriously growing on me. I don't know what it is. It's extremely neutral, which makes parabolic aerials super easy to hit. The blade doesn't have too much tip weight. The handles don't have too much bottom weight. The overall balance is pretty close to being perfectly centered. But, these things make doing rolls and fans and chaplains a bit of an issue, until you get used to it. The main thing I didn't like when I got mine was just how tiny the handles were. I'm used to balisongs with much bigger handles and the handles on the Canyon are skinny and thin. But, it's surprising how quickly I got used to that too. Now, after having it a little while, it's becoming one of my favorite flippers. It's great for practice because you don't have all that blade tip weight and bottom handle weight to help with swing. You have to intentionally put effort into doing the tricks instead of letting the bali do them for you. Then, after 15 minutes or so of flipping the Canyon, you can switch to something else and everything suddenly feels effortless! It's a great practice balisong, is basically what I'm saying. And, for only $50 for the false live, you really can't go wrong. Original designs for $40-$50. Solid construction. Durable as hell. And they actually play well. I'd totally recommend one to anyone from beginner to pro level. It's a good flipper for cheap.

      Exactly my thoughts, and well put. You should do reviews, man

      @@TheBalisongBear I'd love to but, I have a ton of different hobbies and interests that I'm pouring myself into. My main focus is my music right now. I do all of my other hobbies(yoyo, kendama, begleri, balisong, spintops, drawing, painting, unicycle, skateboard, etc, etc....) on the side, for fun. They're a great distraction when I get too caught up in songwriting and technique practice. If I started doing any one of them way more seriously, it would feel more like a job and I wouldn't enjoy it as much. Balisong, just like a dozen other things in my life, is something that I do purely for the enjoyment of learning new things. I don't ever intend to get great at any of those things. Balisong, like all the other things, is just fun.

    A Canyon comparison review!!! 5:56 was so funny "Not a clone blade!" One thing that "justifies" is that I've seen clone blades even print out the original brand's name to look exactly like the original blade to go 100% hardcore clone, and Nabalis Vulp live blade prints out "Nabalis" instead, so they didn't go full clone😅Guess this is a bali you could beat!
    Again, thx for showing us closeups of the differences between the false edge and the trainer in the B roll. Best B rolls made!

    Full stainless steel is awesome and I've been saying it forever, it's cheaper to make and has way better not only durability but also feel/grip
    As long as its balanced correctly, I would prefer it over titanium or aluminum any day
