ALL EXAGGERATIONS!!! I’m still currently here and have been here for a week with my whole family of 6 people including 4 kids! It was such a lovely time! The food is amazing! Such a great variety and even some special Asian and Arabic buffets! The animation/ entertainment team is so kind and truly fun for the kids! The staff is so kind and helpful whenever you need them! I have absolutely NO COMPLAINS!! Excellent experience! This video just shows how sad some people truly are, instead of enjoying their vacation… filming videos disrupting people’s privacy and damaging the reputation of an incredible hotel! 100% RECOMMEND
We're here now and it's beautiful. I have 2 children so booked a suite so we had 2 interconnected rooms - is just perfect and we have a sofa. I'd definitely recommend it and I work in events and stay in 5 star plus hotels regularly and wouldn't hesitate to come back.
Feel so sorry for the children. Such a negative Dad. Spoiling the whole vacation from beginning to end. Been here for a week. We all (11 persons) are very satisfied. A lot of the things he choose to catch on camera is a joke! "Few hangers for clothes". Omg really?? A real complainer guy.
I agree, this guy just points out the tiny little things that people cant help like the mess on a public floor like cmon there not gonna vacuum the place every 20 mins are they
Honestly only thing making me reluctant was the bedsheets not being changed and the food not covered however aslong as the bedsheets are fresh once i arrive i dont mind, also was the issue with the pool being unclean resolved after you told them or did they clean it automatically?

Wer nur das Schlechte sucht, wird auch etwas finden. Wie kann man nur so negativ eingestellt sein und alles mies machen, unerklärlich für uns. Wir waren im Dezember 2022 in diesem Hotel und es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!!!!! Das Hotel ist klasse und La Palma ist wunderschön.
I only took photos and videos of what it was if this is your idea of a 5 star hotel then that is great for you and I am glad your enjoyed it and your more used to these sort of living conditions

we've literally just booked to go here next month, this is devastating to see. They make it look so good on the booking sites, did you get any compensation? Shocking that this is what they label Platinum at TUI
Hi Oh Olivia I am sorry I have made you worry. We got back a week ago so not had even a reply to my complaint yet. We went as a family of 4. Check the trip advisor as some single couples have said it’s amazing everyone has an idea of what they find acceptable. The island is amazing we ended up getting a car and ate out most days and was lovely a very for 2 weeks is about £300 and can see some amazing things it’s just the hotel is shocking I spent 2 days in bed when we got home due to the cleanliness ☺️ honestly just go and enjoy it and worry about it when you get home it’s better that being at work
Es una pena por tu mala experiencia.. Yo lo considero uno de los mejores hotel q he visitado,divertido..todo muy limpio..Puede q la por la ceniza del volcán y la gente hospedada le superó pero ahora mismo creo q sigue siendo impecable

Being positive I am sure you will have a lovely time Try to book a car as it’s amazing outside of the hotel but do please be careful of the food I’ve been back 10 days and I have only just started to feel well. And the cut on my daughters foot has only just healed from the broken tiles but I am sure it will be better and you will have some nice weather

Buffets are not wise ..germ magnets.. I would not choose Hotel that does meals this way.(..only Breakfast is OK.).Hot meals with meat and fish...No...if not Piping Hot and served straight away .its dodgy..same with rices n salads. 🎄🎄
I am sure it will be lovely some part of the hotel are adult only and I think you do get better treatment in that part and without children your needs will differ. Good luck and have a nice time away not at work

All these places are hit n miss standards are Low..Best do BnB..and Eat Out...all that food...and it's Not Fresh..I feel sick....you want Food Cooked to Order not Buffet Slop..🌴🌴🎄🎄
Good warning ! not to go. like the part of 'tiny sectioned off resteaurent' after paying all inclusive prob expecting tourist to pay again for al la carte . these places will lose all their cutomers people will not go back. hotels stop trying to con customers. pool looked disgusting.

We're here now. No flies and food is good. If you go at the end of service there is obviously less but that's to be expected

Morocco is Ace if you go to the Real Maroc..🌹. Marrakech is OK...but Touristic ..don't spend all your time in it..🌹🌴🌴
