Spelunky HD - Big Money in

Finally finished a run of this after trying for a while. Unfortunately it happened on a run with one of the slowest starts since it started as a no gold pacifist attempt. Future attempts could save between 30-60 seconds before temple, though if I was 60 seconds ahead I would probably go for a regular hell PB.
