All you guys can do is ASSUME that his wife and child will now be unhappy, without any clear evidence, without any idea what Chris is actually going to do next, since he literally stated that he will still continue being a loving parent to Tucker. You know NOTHING about their private lives and emotional states. If it had damaged them so incredibly much, Chris wouldn't be feeling this good about himself. So clearly, they must have accepted and supported him or something, probably many months before the internet knew about it.
Also, of course he had to talk online about it, people can very obviously see that his body changed pretty suddenly. Also, he wanted to give a voice to those who are going through the same psychological dilemma as him and tell them not to be ashamed of themselves, as well as telling others not to hinder those people from achieving their way of happiness. However, what he DIDN'T post online was his divorce, but people HAD to invade his privacy so incredibly hard to spread rumors about him, because we humans just can't leave celebrities alone.

I dont think you really understand what people are worried about. We understand that this isnt hurting anybody, but this is clearly delusion and it needs to be stopped. You cannot change your sex, that has been proven over and over again so im not gonna try to argue for that.
People are worried since Chris is being delusional and cannot reverse this, and it can take a toll on his mental health. Almost all transgenders feel dissatisfied and 82% depressed, and 40% of transgenders HAVE killed themselves.
I would have no problem with Chris doing this if it didnt come with serious problems for his mental health, but unfortunately it does. You are probably in your teens and are experimenting with ideologies and feel as though it would benefit you to be trans if you wanted to, but i promise you that youll quickly realize how big of a problem it is. Much love, please dont take this information as a disagreement but rather a lecture.
