Are galvanized or stainless steel nuts and bolts better to mount solar panels on the respective stands?

so do they do galvanized aluminum? and what does aged galvanized metal look like? I'm buying a condenser fan and need to id the material of the blade as I want to either make it look aged galvanized, or Polish it. thanks, and great vid.
