1. Antarmukhi: Antarmukhi log wo hote hain jo apne vicharon aur feelings par zyada dhyan dete hain. Inhe akela waqt bitana accha lagta hai, kyunki isse unhe apni energy milti hai. Ye log apne hi vicharon mein kho jaana pasand karte hain aur deeply sochte hain. Aisa nahi hai ki ye dusron se baat nahi karna chahte, bas ye apne andar ki shanti mein zyada sukoon feel karte hain. 2. Bahirmukhi: Bahirmukhi log wo hote hain jo bahar ki duniya aur logon ke beech khush rehte hain. Inhe logon se milna, baatein karna aur social rehna pasand hota hai. Ye log dusron ke saath rehkar aur baat karke apne aap ko recharge karte hain.

Even Raja Yogi, Maharshi Patanjali also included these three limbs in his Ashtanga Yoga (eight limbs of Yoga). Hence you can say that meditation is part of Yoga. The simple definition of Meditation (Dhyan) provided by Maharshi Patanjali is Tatra Ektanata Dhyanam Therefore, when we become one with the object of Meditation then Dhyan (Meditation) happens

Bahut achi baat hai ki aap apni problem ko thik karna chahte hai , aap surya namaskar ,pranayam or dhyan is tarah sequence mai practice kar sakte hai.
