  • Here are some more videos of my daughters episodes. Maybe these will reach a neurologist on here that can tell us something we may not know about what’s really going on.

Can't pretend to understand everything going on here and my heart breaks seeing this little one suffer. I thought a story of an experience of a relative might be relatable. At 12 or 13 he started having bizarre episodes... spinning in circles pouring out his drink...up in the middle of the night emptying every bottle of shampoo etc into the sink... lots of just strange episodes... covering his eyes and ears and he lost the ability to speak. My aunt took him to doctor after doctor...even to the Mayo Clinic. He ended up staying in an extended care facility for months while they regulated his medications. After a yr or so he could finally speak again. He told us that when he would cover his eyes and ears it was because there were sounds and lights flashing. He said it was like his brain kept trying to go through a diagnostic program and reboot. He stayed on meds for a few yrs until he made it through puberty which the change in hormones apparently uncovered a small scar in the temple area of the brain which kept short circuiting I guess? Anyway I thought of him when she put her fingers in her ears or rolled/covered her eyes. He did that to stop it too. These things are so hard for families to go through. My prayers for your family. May God's healing hand touch your little girl. God bless your family.

Tooooo many flashing lights for her. Triggers her brain. That tv is the problem. Lss tv. Uv/blue blocker sunglasses for other events. Less caffienes/chocolates and gluten.

@@Oh_Maddy thank you for replying. Were you informed of what type of seizure it is? Our daughter does this sort of thing but we are struggling to get an appointment with a Pediatrician so wondering if it causes permanent damage if not treated ASAP.
