  • In this episode we take the torch to our project and try to get the last remaining parts off the frame so we can replace the frame tubes. They have been on for over 110 years. The last thing we want to do is damage these rare pieces!!

Hey Keith, thanks for showing the top of the fork. My fork is pretty wasted at the top. I knew about the cable slots but didn't realize there is also a keyway!

Con Grats on getting the bits out.... we attempted to pull the handlebar stem off my 29' Motobecane... bicycle type.... paint gun heated... soaked for days with penetrating oil... paint gunned again...hammered away.... no movement... so.. plan B .... broke out the torch ... made a puller... Got it hot enough we felt comfortable with... didn't want to damage the treads.... we bent the puller, ..... So, there is no plan C... was able to replace and pack the steering head bearings and assembled ... 😎

Another Ebayer said you may be interested in the 1914 Flanders B engine I have listed for sale there but you are unable to view it on Ebay in Canada. If your interested let me know how to get information about it to you. Mark
