As the Emperor mentioned it’s difficult being an emperor and he is careful who he trust. He only trusted the Commander through careful observation. The tricky part was the dignity of the emperor and the forgiveness of the Qin. It was so well scripted that it the emperor was able to achieve both.

I have to said this is best drama that I ever watched. Usually I never put any comment but I have to admit that this drama is so funny and hilarious. Such sweet love story. Zhao zhao yi definitely is best actress , she is so beautiful, cute and funny. Of course wang you suo also played so well with king and queen. Such nice story plot and a lot of funny scenes. So entertaining. ML and FL are perfect match. Handsome and beautiful. Love it ❤

The ending could have been better. The empress didn't have to die. She was the nicest character in the drama. They could have revealed her true identity and made the stab non-fatal. This way, the emperor could trust and love her. At the same time, I was expecting that she would sacrifice herself for the emperor (expected in Cdrama). But, they could've made it more realistic. She was about the same distance away from the emperor as the ML and FL. How can a weak lady be faster than the matial artists? The writer just wanted to kill her.😢
