Thankyou so much for this ON POINT revision video. The video was so informative, I was able to solve all the questions of SM just by watching this. Just a single thing to call out, in Two Period Binomial model(In you Example) the Value of option comes down to 47.37 instead of 73.27 as the Expected payoff is 126*0.65 + 0*0.35 = 81.9 and not 119.48 and if we further calculate the PV of this 81.9 we get 77.26 at Node B and then at Node A we have (77.26*0.65+0*0.35)/1.06 = 47.38 is the actual answer i.e Value at the beginning.

The video was so informative, I was able to solve all the questions of SM just by watching this.
Just a single thing to call out, in Two Period Binomial model(In you Example) the Value of option comes down to 47.37 instead of 73.27 as the Expected payoff is 126*0.65 + 0*0.35 = 81.9 and not 119.48 and if we further calculate the PV of this 81.9 we get 77.26 at Node B and then at Node A we have (77.26*0.65+0*0.35)/1.06 = 47.38 is the actual answer i.e Value at the beginning.
