I feel like the problem with JML is how his kit and place on a team affects counters. With the other GL’s and many other top characters, they are the biggest threat on the team. They are the ones who you need to go after, so therefore you need to build a team around controlling them, which can be very hard with the right team combo. With JML teams, the biggest threat isn’t JML, but whatever attackers you might put him with. JML, the Galactic Legend of the team, is simply a Galactic Legend’s level TANK, so since you don’t have any Galactic Legends level damage dealers, he isn’t much of a threat except for timing out, which many sith can prevent with decent amounts of damage. Plus, in GA you’ll never see the most optimal team because you’re always trying to spread it out as much as you can
That was pretty much inevitable if they wanted to maintain any semblance of balance between the GLs. FO and Resistance are nothing to write home about, whereas Sith and Jedi have many of the best and most powerful characters on them. It was either have JML and SEE absolutely dominate (which was what I was expecting) or have them not be as impressive as SKLR and Rey3 are. It's not the most satisfying outcome, but I think it's the best one for the health of the game.

Honestly, my problem with Jedi Master Luke is just how he was designed. Like I thought he was going to be more of support character, making the other characters better until he turns into a tank with his ultimate and is able to stand with his team. But now it's kinda just he taunts with protection, then he just spams Efflux in ultimate stance. I don't mind him not being able to hold his own, but he needs to be able to make jedi like Mace Windu actually super dangerous. At least this is the way I see it, tell me if I'm wrong though idk.
Im going for SEE and my main reason is that I’ll get the might of the IMPERIAL TROOPAS along the way. I don’t really care how they do, Palp’s just been my favorite character since the beginning

Rankings are good, but I think a scoundrel team with Rey will bump her above SEE. GL Rey, Kuil, IG11, Nest and L3 sounds a deadly defensive team not gonna lie 🥶
Personally I'm thinking Chewie over Nest, unless you run something like R2 instead of L3. Nest's very reliant on getting hit by stuff, which isn't really going to ever happen on a team like that. As good as Nest is, I just don't see her excelling in a double tank scenario. I'm looking at GL Rey/Kuiil/IG-11 as your core, then Chewie/L3, Chewie/Han, Nest/R2, L3/3PO (100% dependent on how 3PO's AI works on this team. If you can keep Kuiil at max stacks, he'd be able to keep the revives up on IG/L3 more/practically constantly (especially on an Ult Rey team, where practically every other turn you can't even kill anyone.) Chewie/Han would be to counter vader/wat-dependent teams. Chewie/L3 would be your general core team. There's also a chance that a really dumb team I theorycrafted when Rey was first coming out might actually be hilariously viable now. We're going to have a lightside droid tank. GL rey/Kuiil/IG-11/L3/GG. Grievous geared entirely for speed and health. Use the "negative" of GG's unique dealing double damage to LIGHTSIDE DROIDS to your advantage, by utilizing it to proc Whirlwind more often. He'd gain 10% health per turn, and behind a double tank wall that has a literal near perma taunt from GG's constant marking if he gets hit by anything... I NEED to see this in action. I know it's not likely going to be a "meta" squad comp, but good lord I want to see it in action because it would just be hilarious. And he'd even gain even more starting health, thus making him harder to kill AND hit harder, from Kuiil's unique, since he's a droid. Seriously, there's actual synergy here and it's hilarious. And if Kuiil's AI has decent ability priority, there's a good chance there'd even only be ONE turn where LS droids can be killed without reviving for the first like 7 turns of the battle, due to the approximate timing of Rey's ult. Sure, GLs can kill them, but that means you specifically HAVE to kill them with your revive immunity characters, which means overall less focused damage output.
I would say that a lot of people myself included would rather have Papa Palpatine instead or Rey just because more people like Palpatine as a character.
I don't know if Rey and Ren deserve the 1 in good teams. This would put them at the same level as GM Luke. His total good chars and teams are far superior than those of the other two. I think a 2 for the older GLs is better

SLKR is the best and it’s not even remotely close. The other 3 are a million miles away. Power versatility teams GAC benefits TW and RAIDS huge advantage. In my opinion the game has one Galactic Legend, SLKR. He should have been nerfed. He broke the raid even the new challenge raid. He can score 20 million Phase 1. The game hasn’t been the same since they introduced SLKR. It sucks.

Love the video, as usual. I think maybe Rey shouldn't have gotten the point for GLs, as I believe there have been instances of her being solo'd (solo'ed?) By SEE. Still, seeing these reminds me of when Tie pilot had the highest damage on the game...
"Rey with scoundrels" That hint to that future team that looks like it might be the new meta? lol I really feel like the team of Rey/Kuiil/IG-11/Chewie/Han or Chewie/L3 is going to be absurdly hard to get through. Han's probably the variant that's going to absolutely wreck Vader counters, L3's going to be way stronger due to being a double pre-taunt team. With Kuiil's stat buffs and healing, and IG-11's debuffs and tankiness, I'm 100% calling it now that once we get these 2 new chars to R7, this is going to be your new standard GAC/TW team, and potentially even an Arena team, both considering how much easier this team is to get than GAS, and the simple fact it'll likely hold just as well, if not possibly better, than the JKR/GAS/Hoda/GK or JKL variant. Kuiil provides that team-wide healing so that Rey can spam Whirlwind from people dropping below 50% multiple times. IG and L3 become nearly impossible to break through, becoming a pseudo LS zombie type of mechanic. Kuiil provides extra tankiness to everyone except Rey, and SUPER buffs to IG/L3. Chewie provides that constant healing and guard mechanics. I really feel like this team is going to be nearly impossible for most people to break through on defense when up against an Ult rey, because almost everything might end up timing out against it. You could even start throwing in stuff like 3PO or R2 or whatnot, since Kuiil's got that droid synergy as well. And while I'm quite confident in saying Kuiil looks like an upgraded 5th slot for CLS over 3PO, the current CLS team is a significantly better tradeoff than losing your GAS/JKR/JKL teams for a better Rey team. You then get your optimal JTR and/or Finn teams at basically no cost as well, since you won't be using any resistance chars on GL rey, which is another potential DR counter and a team that completely wrecks most good defensive teams, as well as that deadly zFinn 3v3 defense team. (which also doesn't effect JTR's offensive viability, since her optimal team there is JTR/BB8/RT) Basically, I can't wait for Kuiil and IG-11 to be out. I totally see them being a significant low-investment upgrade for GL rey AND CLS, which is VERY notable for 90% of the playerbase.

I think this is great. One of the things I would recommend, especially to newer players, is also to include a factor for how much you care about the performance in any particular category. The way that Ahnald has to calculate this is to assume that all the categories are on equal footing. Different players may not care about certain categories or may care more about others. If that's the case, the actual GL you should go with may be different. You'd have to take the values and weight them based on how much you care about any particular game mode. The only thing I'll say is that I think Rey is overrated based on this analysis. The key reason is that I think her requirements are much worse than the others and I think that category is more important than the others (just my opinion). JML does have steep requirements, but a huge portion of his requirements are the requirements to get JKL. If you think JKL is worth the requirements, which I do, then the jump from JKL to JML isn't that huge. With Rey, OG Finn, OG Poe, Rose, RT, and RP are all bad. You can put together and OG Finn team, sure, but the number of teams you can beat with it are few and far between at this point, and I can tell you after months of GA, it has almost no defensive viability with that team. The next problem for Rey is the R7s. JTR is easily the worst hero's journey character in the game right now. Scav rey is a glass cannon, and BB8 has no significant performance difference from R1 to R7. Ahnald makes a good case for why the RH bros are good with JTR even before you get Rey, but, when you're done, there's a lot of GP bloat associated with her. A lot of those characters will sit on your roster unused. It seems like JTR with RT might be making a comeback against some of the GLs, but, after almost 6 months, Rose still stares at me with her relic power and makes me feel regret. All the other GLs have R7s I'd recommend even if you weren't chasing after a GL (Vader, KRU, JKL). Just something to think about.
Excellent comment! I agree that the farm-ability and teams resulting from the farm are a big decision factor, especially for F2P. SEE seems like such a strong character, especially compared to Rey. And it is little things like the ship farm - that Imperial Tie Bomber is a killer ship, the Raddus (and all the crap you need to farm to get it) - not so much. Especially in the new Ship GAC, that is a big factor. So as much as SEE may not be as good as Rey, I think the cast around it is much more attractive. Yes, you may need 1 or 2 extra farms (e.g. Imperial Troopers), but you get some really useful squads from that. A relic Rose will never be useful, I fear. I think that a lot of the above explains the difference between Ahnald’s vote and the community vote. But still, absolutely awesome vid!
SEE is best standalone, which is important when you figure that he can make old meta toons back into meta, creating a whole new life for older sith toons. More important to me. Paired with revan and malak? Done

Also, let's be clear... I haven't spent a cent on going for JML. He's just the one I'm closest to in terms of requirements. And now I'm looking at all of these videos and hearing from my guildmates about how much he just doesn't hold up to much of anything and it's disappointing. So, it's not the money. It's the time and resources. And I'm close enough that it seems silly to just drop everything and instead go for Kylo or Rey. I dunno, just throwing my hands up I guess. Not really useful on defense, too much of a character hog in GAC, not really great in TB, *shrug*. It's really disappointing.
i feel you man.. a buddy of mines is feeling the same. he didn't went for Kylo or Rey because he doesn't like them lol. instead he hoarded for months to get GML, now he's regretting not going for SLKR in first place
Kylo can beat anything in arena... here is how: Kylo is leader, Old Daka, Zombie, Wat and 5th slot can be: Nightsister Ventress(against Ray teams), Malak(against Jedi teams), Brood Alpha(for any Ray advanced compositions)... Wat needs to put middle tech on Kylo, and Kylo should use all the time last ability (it cleanses debufs to allow zombie to taunt infinitely)... Mod Daka only Health, Defense and Tenacity, because she will get more turns and cool downs decreased when opposite team killing many zombies... With Daka you bring everyone alive again (except against Kylo), and if you attack deal 2 times attack that gives Kylo faster going to ultimate ability... The good thing about Kylo unique ability against GL Jedi Luke is that if you got direct focus on anyone and they try to remove some turn meter, Kylo getting beefier and beefier... to the point Jedi can't even take protection away to kill him... And the longer battle goes the more stronger Kylo becomes that he can wipe out Jedi Luke with 1 hit
If in doubt: get the best (SLKR) and the best counter to it (JML) Edit: The Ultimate of Rey is just perfect as it is... ppl mod Rey poorly, that's why they don't see the benefits.
Why doesnt JML get a 1 for AAT? He can solo AAT with Jedi. I disagree on JML not getting a 1 in TB too. Yes, JKL lead is better (it's sooooo good) but just the sheer speed on JML, and that setting up JKLs speed reduction and mass stun, basically reduces all RNG in the JKL team to 0. Sure, "it's a costly team" but, by the Palp rational of using "only toons required to unlock him" it's fine :D
I don’t have any yet, super close to Rey tho. My question is tho…does anyone (or Ahnald) think that any PVP numbers should change on JML cuz of JKR lead and less reliance on ult? Swap with Rey cuz Sudden Whirlwind can be tanked by a lot these days?? Might need to update this anyway. JML/JKR is everywhere in Arena.
The best non-GL characters right now are Jedi = GAS, JKL, (JKR to a lesser extent but still very good). Yet JML is still the lowest in viability. He's going to do even worse once Rey gets better LS characters she can pair with (JML won't benefit since he only synergises with jedi) or when better sith come out for SEE or snoke/FO for SLKR. Yes better jedi will come also but he's already got the best accompanying team with him compared to the others and still the worst over all... Says a lot.
I think for GA JML excels not because of the character itself, but because you'll be forced to empower viable teams - CLS, JLS, and Mon Mothma. Even the holdovers like Wampa and Hoda are good plug and play characters

Might only be speaking for myself but I can only watch so many GA streams and genuinely don't care what happens in this game anymore. Still subbing because Ahnald is SWGOH. JML only becomes viable in pvp because he has the best accompanying characters, GAS, JKL, JKR those are all beasts. I reckon he's going to lose even more viability when other better characters come out that improve SEE and SLKR teams. Imagine if SEE and Kylo had characters at the level of both GAS and JKL on their team? JML just doesn't feel like a GL, in all the videos I see of him he gets destroyed and doesn't even feel like a big threat. Ok he beats SLKR easily but Jedi could already beat SLKR before him so he didn't add that much...
Palpatine may be easier to farm but that does not mean you should rush him I feel. SLKR is not that much harder to farm and if you go SEE you will be left in a tricky spot if other of your shard mates have gone SLKR. Yes, Finalizer is harder to farm then a single bomber this does not remove the issue of what you are left with at the end of SLKR and SEE farms. SLKR you're left with a powerhouse single character, a full FO team and enough half decent FO to put up an annoying GA team due to sheer gearing. SEE you are left with the core aspect of a troopers team but still requires more, some garbage sith, Vader and Thrawn as Emp Palp is required by both at R7. The other issue is that with how long it takes to get all the characters geared you will have time to farm all the FO ships you need and with the gearing you get 1 free fantastic offensive fleet.

I would pick SEE, since you don't need to go for R8 and most characters you'll gonna upgrade for the requirements are useful in at least two ground attacks
Honestly anyone that thinks SEE isn't 4th place trash has not experienced how easy it is to demolish him, and how hard it is to use him. SEE makes Sith do what they could 100% already do.

The only reason Rey is better is because of Disney, they Mary Sue her in the movies and pretty much all the games. She should be in the same level of JML or palp until she gets the ultimate.
I was planning to go for Luke after finishing SEE simply because of liking Jedi almost as much as Sith but Kylo is really tempting after watching this video. That would mean if the next two are Fallen Anakin and High Ground Obi Wan I would go full Dark Side since I live for Fallen Anakin :D
I know JML is supposed to be good, but his kit is just way too broken even for a GL. I have a GL and fighting JML is a nightmare. Efflux removes TM, inflicts a 2-turn ability block while granting his allies TM. This makes his fellow Jedis so fast that no even Darth Revan with Wat's weapon tech can take a turn. Luke's viability comes largely from the fact that his enemies weren't allowed to do their things for the first 40 seconds. And when they finally can, at least two of them are dead! In comparison, SEE and Rey don't forbid their enemies from doing their things at all, and SLKR only forbids one enemy (two if Hux is present).
I only have SLKR, but I agree.I just feel lately though that since the meta shifted from Rey with resistance, to Rey with Jedi in arena, I feel I should have gone for her,I had all these Jedi max geared and ready.But my SLKR destroys raids so there is that.And I do have 2 FO teams too I guess.I am now going for JKL, and much later Luke.Mostly to have more viable teams in the ls tb and because JKL rocks and half his requirements are very good chars I should have geared already, Vader/C3po/CLS/Hoda.
A little bummed as a FTP that's way too deep into the JML grind to turn back to know that I'll be getting a meh GL, but his requirements just overlapped too much with what I was already pushing for. Hopefully there'll be a rework, but even if there isn't, I have at least four seriously buffed GA squads out of the grind, one of which is a SLKR soft counter.
This is very unfortunate for me. I've been banking on JML being the top of the pinnacle. I could have easily farmed SEE first instead. I passed on the first GLs because frankly, I didn't want to farm those characters. Now look at me, sitting here looking stupid dumping all these resources into the worst, longest grinding GL.
With GA being 3v3. Would be awesome to see 3 Reys vs 3 Kylos, 3 Palpatines vs 3 Lukes, and all variations of those match-ups. Who is the best GL with 2 of their lesser forms?? Let's see a tournament. There must be a Champion!!

Hey grand admiral, It would be useful to make an updated comparison in my opinion: with the gl, with the new rancor, the gac 3v3. I find that SEE has earned points. For JML it is true that he is strong on defense but you have to use several strong Jedi far from the GL farm. Do an update with the counters since now SLKR can potentially beat jml using wat and han solo
I unlocked Jedi Knight Revan today and I am really happy!!! He is already my 4th best character when it comes to power (Because I already got him up to gear level 11 upgraded his abilities to 7 or 8, without using any zetas)

SLKR is the best and it’s not even remotely close. The other 3 are a million miles away. Power versatility teams GAC benefits TW and RAIDS huge advantage. In my opinion the game has one Galactic Legend, SLKR. He should have been nerfed. He broke the raid even the new challenge raid. He can score 20 million Phase 1. The game hasn’t been the same since they introduced SLKR. It sucks.

Love the video, as usual. I think maybe Rey shouldn't have gotten the point for GLs, as I believe there have been instances of her being solo'd (solo'ed?) By SEE. Still, seeing these reminds me of when Tie pilot had the highest damage on the game...

I really feel like the team of Rey/Kuiil/IG-11/Chewie/Han or Chewie/L3 is going to be absurdly hard to get through. Han's probably the variant that's going to absolutely wreck Vader counters, L3's going to be way stronger due to being a double pre-taunt team. With Kuiil's stat buffs and healing, and IG-11's debuffs and tankiness, I'm 100% calling it now that once we get these 2 new chars to R7, this is going to be your new standard GAC/TW team, and potentially even an Arena team, both considering how much easier this team is to get than GAS, and the simple fact it'll likely hold just as well, if not possibly better, than the JKR/GAS/Hoda/GK or JKL variant.
Kuiil provides that team-wide healing so that Rey can spam Whirlwind from people dropping below 50% multiple times.
IG and L3 become nearly impossible to break through, becoming a pseudo LS zombie type of mechanic.
Kuiil provides extra tankiness to everyone except Rey, and SUPER buffs to IG/L3.
Chewie provides that constant healing and guard mechanics.
I really feel like this team is going to be nearly impossible for most people to break through on defense when up against an Ult rey, because almost everything might end up timing out against it.
You could even start throwing in stuff like 3PO or R2 or whatnot, since Kuiil's got that droid synergy as well.
And while I'm quite confident in saying Kuiil looks like an upgraded 5th slot for CLS over 3PO, the current CLS team is a significantly better tradeoff than losing your GAS/JKR/JKL teams for a better Rey team.
You then get your optimal JTR and/or Finn teams at basically no cost as well, since you won't be using any resistance chars on GL rey, which is another potential DR counter and a team that completely wrecks most good defensive teams, as well as that deadly zFinn 3v3 defense team. (which also doesn't effect JTR's offensive viability, since her optimal team there is JTR/BB8/RT)
Basically, I can't wait for Kuiil and IG-11 to be out. I totally see them being a significant low-investment upgrade for GL rey AND CLS, which is VERY notable for 90% of the playerbase.

I think this is great. One of the things I would recommend, especially to newer players, is also to include a factor for how much you care about the performance in any particular category. The way that Ahnald has to calculate this is to assume that all the categories are on equal footing. Different players may not care about certain categories or may care more about others. If that's the case, the actual GL you should go with may be different. You'd have to take the values and weight them based on how much you care about any particular game mode.
The only thing I'll say is that I think Rey is overrated based on this analysis. The key reason is that I think her requirements are much worse than the others and I think that category is more important than the others (just my opinion). JML does have steep requirements, but a huge portion of his requirements are the requirements to get JKL. If you think JKL is worth the requirements, which I do, then the jump from JKL to JML isn't that huge. With Rey, OG Finn, OG Poe, Rose, RT, and RP are all bad. You can put together and OG Finn team, sure, but the number of teams you can beat with it are few and far between at this point, and I can tell you after months of GA, it has almost no defensive viability with that team. The next problem for Rey is the R7s. JTR is easily the worst hero's journey character in the game right now. Scav rey is a glass cannon, and BB8 has no significant performance difference from R1 to R7. Ahnald makes a good case for why the RH bros are good with JTR even before you get Rey, but, when you're done, there's a lot of GP bloat associated with her. A lot of those characters will sit on your roster unused. It seems like JTR with RT might be making a comeback against some of the GLs, but, after almost 6 months, Rose still stares at me with her relic power and makes me feel regret. All the other GLs have R7s I'd recommend even if you weren't chasing after a GL (Vader, KRU, JKL). Just something to think about.
Excellent comment! I agree that the farm-ability and teams resulting from the farm are a big decision factor, especially for F2P. SEE seems like such a strong character, especially compared to Rey. And it is little things like the ship farm - that Imperial Tie Bomber is a killer ship, the Raddus (and all the crap you need to farm to get it) - not so much. Especially in the new Ship GAC, that is a big factor. So as much as SEE may not be as good as Rey, I think the cast around it is much more attractive. Yes, you may need 1 or 2 extra farms (e.g. Imperial Troopers), but you get some really useful squads from that. A relic Rose will never be useful, I fear. I think that a lot of the above explains the difference between Ahnald’s vote and the community vote. But still, absolutely awesome vid!
SEE is best standalone, which is important when you figure that he can make old meta toons back into meta, creating a whole new life for older sith toons. More important to me. Paired with revan and malak? Done

Also, let's be clear... I haven't spent a cent on going for JML. He's just the one I'm closest to in terms of requirements. And now I'm looking at all of these videos and hearing from my guildmates about how much he just doesn't hold up to much of anything and it's disappointing. So, it's not the money. It's the time and resources. And I'm close enough that it seems silly to just drop everything and instead go for Kylo or Rey. I dunno, just throwing my hands up I guess. Not really useful on defense, too much of a character hog in GAC, not really great in TB, *shrug*. It's really disappointing.
i feel you man.. a buddy of mines is feeling the same. he didn't went for Kylo or Rey because he doesn't like them lol. instead he hoarded for months to get GML, now he's regretting not going for SLKR in first place

here is how: Kylo is leader,
Old Daka, Zombie, Wat and 5th slot can be:
Nightsister Ventress(against Ray teams), Malak(against Jedi teams), Brood Alpha(for any Ray advanced compositions)...
Wat needs to put middle tech on Kylo, and Kylo should use all the time last ability (it cleanses debufs to allow zombie to taunt infinitely)...
Mod Daka only Health, Defense and Tenacity, because she will get more turns and cool downs decreased when opposite team killing many zombies...
With Daka you bring everyone alive again (except against Kylo), and if you attack deal 2 times attack that gives Kylo faster going to ultimate ability...
The good thing about Kylo unique ability against GL Jedi Luke is that if you got direct focus on anyone and they try to remove some turn meter, Kylo getting beefier and beefier... to the point Jedi can't even take protection away to kill him...
And the longer battle goes the more stronger Kylo becomes that he can wipe out Jedi Luke with 1 hit

I disagree on JML not getting a 1 in TB too. Yes, JKL lead is better (it's sooooo good) but just the sheer speed on JML, and that setting up JKLs speed reduction and mass stun, basically reduces all RNG in the JKL team to 0. Sure, "it's a costly team" but, by the Palp rational of using "only toons required to unlock him" it's fine :D

The best non-GL characters right now are Jedi = GAS, JKL, (JKR to a lesser extent but still very good). Yet JML is still the lowest in viability. He's going to do even worse once Rey gets better LS characters she can pair with (JML won't benefit since he only synergises with jedi) or when better sith come out for SEE or snoke/FO for SLKR. Yes better jedi will come also but he's already got the best accompanying team with him compared to the others and still the worst over all... Says a lot.
That was a very good explanation in the case of the overall ratings in different PVE AND PVP battle settings.
I think for GA JML excels not because of the character itself, but because you'll be forced to empower viable teams - CLS, JLS, and Mon Mothma. Even the holdovers like Wampa and Hoda are good plug and play characters
Am I the only one who thinks Ahnald deserves more subscribers and the only thing limiting him is this dumb game? Pretty sure you have every current active player subbed already, start branching out! Might only be speaking for myself but I can only watch so many GA streams and genuinely don't care what happens in this game anymore. Still subbing because Ahnald is SWGOH. (I quit this game forever ago)
JML only becomes viable in pvp because he has the best accompanying characters, GAS, JKL, JKR those are all beasts. I reckon he's going to lose even more viability when other better characters come out that improve SEE and SLKR teams. Imagine if SEE and Kylo had characters at the level of both GAS and JKL on their team? JML just doesn't feel like a GL, in all the videos I see of him he gets destroyed and doesn't even feel like a big threat. Ok he beats SLKR easily but Jedi could already beat SLKR before him so he didn't add that much...

Palpatine may be easier to farm but that does not mean you should rush him I feel. SLKR is not that much harder to farm and if you go SEE you will be left in a tricky spot if other of your shard mates have gone SLKR. Yes, Finalizer is harder to farm then a single bomber this does not remove the issue of what you are left with at the end of SLKR and SEE farms. SLKR you're left with a powerhouse single character, a full FO team and enough half decent FO to put up an annoying GA team due to sheer gearing. SEE you are left with the core aspect of a troopers team but still requires more, some garbage sith, Vader and Thrawn as Emp Palp is required by both at R7. The other issue is that with how long it takes to get all the characters geared you will have time to farm all the FO ships you need and with the gearing you get 1 free fantastic offensive fleet.

I would pick SEE, since you don't need to go for R8 and most characters you'll gonna upgrade for the requirements are useful in at least two ground attacks
i have slkr, and i have no regrets having got him. raids tick, squad arena tick, grand arena tick. he has been great everywhere. for me he is number 1

Honestly anyone that thinks SEE isn't 4th place trash has not experienced how easy it is to demolish him, and how hard it is to use him. SEE makes Sith do what they could 100% already do.

Just started GL Kylo and WTF is the AI on steroids. The Kylo I'm given doesn't even get a turn before he's dead.
Man.. Rey's art is just so bad lol. She is the only GL I have but unfortunately I'm still farming for the ult.
The only reason Rey is better is because of Disney, they Mary Sue her in the movies and pretty much all the games. She should be in the same level of JML or palp until she gets the ultimate.

I was planning to go for Luke after finishing SEE simply because of liking Jedi almost as much as Sith but Kylo is really tempting after watching this video. That would mean if the next two are Fallen Anakin and High Ground Obi Wan I would go full Dark Side since I live for Fallen Anakin :D
I know JML is supposed to be good, but his kit is just way too broken even for a GL. I have a GL and fighting JML is a nightmare.
Efflux removes TM, inflicts a 2-turn ability block while granting his allies TM. This makes his fellow Jedis so fast that no even Darth Revan with Wat's weapon tech can take a turn. Luke's viability comes largely from the fact that his enemies weren't allowed to do their things for the first 40 seconds. And when they finally can, at least two of them are dead! In comparison, SEE and Rey don't forbid their enemies from doing their things at all, and SLKR only forbids one enemy (two if Hux is present).
You should have ranked each of these categories 1-4 and then averaged out each category rank to get the overall, just my thinking.
I only have SLKR, but I agree.I just feel lately though that since the meta shifted from Rey with resistance, to Rey with Jedi in arena, I feel I should have gone for her,I had all these Jedi max geared and ready.But my SLKR destroys raids so there is that.And I do have 2 FO teams too I guess.I am now going for JKL, and much later Luke.Mostly to have more viable teams in the ls tb and because JKL rocks and half his requirements are very good chars I should have geared already, Vader/C3po/CLS/Hoda.
A little bummed as a FTP that's way too deep into the JML grind to turn back to know that I'll be getting a meh GL, but his requirements just overlapped too much with what I was already pushing for. Hopefully there'll be a rework, but even if there isn't, I have at least four seriously buffed GA squads out of the grind, one of which is a SLKR soft counter.

This is very unfortunate for me. I've been banking on JML being the top of the pinnacle. I could have easily farmed SEE first instead. I passed on the first GLs because frankly, I didn't want to farm those characters. Now look at me, sitting here looking stupid dumping all these resources into the worst, longest grinding GL.

Hey grand admiral, It would be useful to make an updated comparison in my opinion: with the gl, with the new rancor, the gac 3v3. I find that SEE has earned points. For JML it is true that he is strong on defense but you have to use several strong Jedi far from the GL farm. Do an update with the counters since now SLKR can potentially beat jml using wat and han solo

I unlocked Jedi Knight Revan today and I am really happy!!! He is already my 4th best character when it comes to power (Because I already got him up to gear level 11 upgraded his abilities to 7 or 8, without using any zetas)
