I’ve had the worst goodbye ever recently. 2 in fact. Tried getting back together and patching things up with a now ex girlfriend of 7months. They told me to give her a day to think about taking me back, it’s been 5 day’s now so that already tells me I need to go on. But one that hurts the most, a friend of 5 year’s who felt like family left too. I’ve also tried desperately to convince them to stay and that we could work it out, but they had enough that they could take of me post break up. They wanted me to respect their wishes to have their leave and for me to learn and grow from it, which no matter how painful it might be, I had to stop clinging and respect that. Even though I never wanted them to go away. I don’t know if I can sleep soundly anymore knowing that both people in my life are gone because of me and it will never be the same. But I guess it is a sign to really grow and change for real this time which I’ll try my hardest to. Even if it’s hard. Although with all my heart I wished things would’ve been different, I wish them the best of luck through their lives and I hope they find success in their futures. I will never forget them and will always remember and cherish the good times. I hope I can make them proud even though they will never be there to see my progress anymore. Saying goodbye to the one I care about the most always hurts but I hope they take care.
