May want to look at putting some cover over the well pump and gauges, just keeping the sun and rain off them will be well worth it in the long run, already looks like there is a bit of sun fade on the air tank
Bent is a lot tougher than people give it credit for but when it looks bad it’s really bad. The state I’m in in the US it’s quite common to see patches of it in lawns and I’ve seen it go completely dry and drought stressed for 2 months and come right back after a heavy rain
Yo mate what up welcome to another lawn tip vid.. that sand spreader is such a beast but yea its throwing sand very weirdly good that you have npw fixed it, i guess it doesnt really matter when you go over it with the broom and get a leg day pump😂
That’s looking awesome mate👍🏻 I’m doing my first lawn Reno on Kik in a few weeks on a mate’s lawn, I’m nervous as shit as it’s not my own. Done my own several times but for some reason feel nervous as hell.
1m3 to 100m2 at 10mm high is the general rule for first time on home lawns usually warm season turfs. Repeat top dress and level when growth has covered and is in growing seasons.
Yeah it’s a big dew broom. It’s usually used on bowling greens to remove the morning dew. Works perfectly for rubbing the sand in! Pretty sure it’s from David Golf
should do a little nursery plot of bent for plugs
Man that looks good
I haven’t tuned in for a while
Great job Benny boy

Any update on the plan/timeline for the fairways?
Looking nice. how do I deal with a few high spots? Cheers
How long after planting new seed should you wait to top dress?
Looks like a potential fairway over there where the water well is.
Topdressing whis Sand is a good Idee 😁
Where do you get your levelling rake from mate
What kind of push broom is that, and how wide is it?
If I used 2.25 yards of sand to topdress my lawn the first time, how do I calculate how much I need for additional topdressing?

What is USGA sand?
Which Church do you attend in Orange? My in-laws attend West Orange Baptist. And were at Grenfell Presbyterian & Uniting Church.
New Life Church is where I go. Actually across the road from West Orange Baptist!
@@LawnTips good stuff. Keep up the good work!!
Great vid Ben!
What is the wooden spreader you are using to even out the sand?
It’s nice and big! Wouldn’t mind getting one.
A broom 😂😂

@@LawnTips thanks heaps! Also, is that an ECO50 spreader? I need one? What’s a good price in Sydney?😏
Are your CIEM cables swapped?

@@hazymasonnah the were in correctly. They are colour coded to make it easy 🤙🏼
