Great Match. But If I was to modify the match for New Zealand hunting conditions. I would make these guys hump thier gear through thick bush, over up and down steep hills for kilometers, through fences and streams before they even start. Importantly is to walk bloodly quietly, maybe deduct points for being too noisy. Also add a snap shooting part for short distances. Then I would then when they finish make the guys carry all thier gear and an animal size weight back to the car. Its only then that all that shit you carry is not as important as you think it is.
Thanks fer sharing....have to laugh at all the "boogger-flicker" trigger fingers,....pressure under the clock can sure present the bad habits. Imo - this is a sure fire reason why no such thing as too much competition training/practice/competing.....unless you win every comp. you go to......maybe not even then....lol
Who in the heck carries a shooting bag, let alone multiple shooting bags when they are hunting? And this is suppose to be after what hunting is like? You sure about that? 20:00 Are you kidding me? That's hunting? Wtf is wrong with you guys? Thanks to Sam Carter, I will never shoot a match like this bc that is borderline insanity carrying all that around. I could understand a tripod, but some of the tripods are HUGE and you never bring them into the woods. There should be a couple mile hiking qualification before you can bring some of that stuff into the competition. This is more like: NRL "truck" hunting series. Like what happens when you're driving back from a competition and you see a deer off the side of the road in a field and just so happen to have all your gear in the truck. And you have your jeans shorts and cardigan on. Is that guy pulling the trigger with his middle finger....and misses twice in a row. Wonder why? I'm surprised you don't let them wear their favorite driving slippers. They only jog for like 10 yards. I can do that with my crocs in sport mode. Is that hunting now? To where we make a competition about it?

why are you so bothered about this?
