    Ingredients
    1 kg bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi)
    3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
    1.5 liters warm milk
    1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
    1 tbsp chopped almonds
    1 tbsp chopped cashews
    1 tbsp chironji
    1/4 tsp cardamom powder
    Few rose petals for garnish
