Got my first "chicken wing" muscle up last summer. Didn't try again until about 2 months ago. Failed but unfazed. Worked for a couple weeks and boom! Unlocked! Now looking for reps. Also I saw that face when you got it. No other feeling like it, guy. 😊
That's awesome buddy! Yeah it's such a great feeling to accomplish something that seems impossible at first. Congrats on getting yours back! Try 1 or 2 every min on the minute to increase reps. That seems to be the most effective for a lot of people.
Over worked tendon in the hip. A bit of neglect in my strength training combined with quite a bit of over zealous long runs. I was kind of asking for it.
