Hi Retha, you mentioned town planning. Do you need permission to sub-divide & partitioning the interior as well. I thought as long as the main structure is not changed from outside you can subdivide without permission

Thanks for the awesome content on this topic. I just wanted to find out if there isnt a ceiling that you will eventually hit in this space? What I mean is.... will it ever reach a point where there is enough accommodation for students and you wont be able to build more accommodation units since there wont be a need for it.
