These are things that are brand new to most people. It's hard to call yourself a professional because of the newness. Your doing great teaching me alot.sont be so hard one he manufacturing or yourself.
Nothing better than cycling on a nice day like that. I have a Raleigh Mustang, cost £20. My Previous one cost £5 at a boot sale, but I gave it to a friend after using it for 20 years. When I can no longer get up the hills, I'll convert it. Still enjoy the pain cycling up them at the moment😂
Man I rushed to watch this one . I had a all black bomber as a young kid in the 80’s. Stuck in 3rd gear of course because the silly little chain on the hub gear broke . I loved that bike . Fantastic vid 👍
Made me have a right giggle when you kept up with traffic on that bad boy. My gdad just treat himself to an old 80s road Raleigh n I'd love to turn that into a beast haha. Keep up the good work 👍
Coolest bike out there, one thing I have noticed is the way you put your torque arms on they are practically useless the hub motor axle spins in the opposite direction of the wheel. I will send you a message on Facebook show you how I fit them.👍
i think that one most interesting nicest bike you done ...,I love that really high ground clearance ....That frame shape is very strange it like BMX cross with MTB cross with Gravel bike ...interesting design .. .....Although the Handel bars look uncomfy too high ....What do you think how that frame bars feel
Hi Steve, I think the problem is the disc brake bolts that are pre fitted are going in too far and hitting the revolving parts. I've had this problem on a couple of builds where I'm not fitting a disc and have to fit shorter Allen nuts in the brake disc fitting points. Easy fix if I'm right🤞
Shame about the original 52v 1500w CaliBike wheel hub not working correctly, would have been interesting to see how it performs considering it's size is half that of normal 1500w hubs. Maybe it can be fixed at later date.

Hi Steve I just noticed you can get a hub rear with controller built in,what’s yr opinion on them,as I’m thinkin on getting this instead on a 1.kw with 48v battery.any advice please
Don't think front suspension was invented back then and if it was and if there was your dad would of said don't talk stupid you are lucky to get the bike
Fine for cruising on the roads, and most tracks. Just avoid the pot holes. I prefer not having front suspension. Did have a modern bike for a year and hated it.
That is what I always think, the bomber was my first mountain bike, but didn't the one Steve is riding had like a blue plastic covering the frame, I had the black one

I remember those little chains, we called them monkey chains
Great bike! Another example of a perfectly legal 15 mph.
Classic, I broke the stem on my bomber. My dad wasn't happy

What kick stand do you recommend for a heavy E bike ??
Can't help thinking the hub issue has something to do with regen breaking setting / wiring either you or another youtuber had this?? 14:21

Controller will get hot and not easy to fix issues
That’s a cheap bike..would have been good to see the Cali hub due to its size..
No Front Suspension. Gay

Just so you know, bikes are not self aware and do not have any sexual inclinations.
Aint that the birth if the mountain bikes lol?
