    A truth is hard to realize and even believe it. Scientific methods relies on experimentation whereas phylosophy depends on the experience to arrive at truth. Anyway they assist one another.

    Hi Jason! Thanks again for a brilliant teaching lesson. Just a question on a other topic. In winter, why is it that daybreak is colder than the night or day? . I guess it's got to do with thermal energy, please advice? Thanks

    hello i have question: my friend said that black clothes draw sun light like a magnes. i know that black things getting hotter quicker then light colors. like white or yellow. is my friend right?

    • @MathAndScience
      @MathAndScience  4 года назад

      Yes what is happening is that sunlight is a mixture of the colors of the rainbow. When you see something that is white, that material is reflecting back almost all of the energy (colors). White things aren’t absorbing very much so they don’t get hot as fast. Black things are absorbing almost all incoming light (colors) and so they are reflecting out very little light. That is why they appear black, it’s because they are absorbing all the colors of the rainbow and the result looks black to us. So black things get hotter much faster because they are absorbing much more energy than white objects.
