I have a similar setup purchased some years ago. My bag sold separately from my cargo carrier, has straps built in. I like the concept, just be mindful of your tongue weight. Unfortunately in my use, you can’t open the tailgate with the bag loaded. ✌🏼
@@BroncosaurusTales I have also seen a pivot arm, let’s you rotate out of the way and I initially looked at it for my bike rack, as it has the same tailgate issue. ✌🏼

Same here. Can’t open the tailgate with it on. I have seen a swingable hitch, but I don’t think it’s worth the $400 price tag.

Can the gate swing open with the rack on it?
Problem is you can't open the tailgate without removing this mockins basket and it won't fold up. making this a bad option for the Bronco
