  • Let’s make a simple, yet extremely delicious Salmon Teriyaki bowl! Very easy to make and perfect for a quick delicious meal!
    Ingredients:
    *Lemon
    *Pineapple
    *Salmon
    *Eel sauce
    *Asparagus
    *Green onions
    *Purple Cabbage
    *White onions
    *Red onions
    *Minced garlic
    *Minced Ginger
    *Oyster sauce
    *Sugar
    *Soy sauce
    *Mirin
    *Steamed rice
    *Sesame seed (Optional)
    *Radish sprout (Optional)
    *Ikura (Optional)
    *Tobiko or Masago (Optional)
    Recipe:
    1. Mix soy sauce, sugar, mirin, minced garlic, minced ginger, oyster sauce, and grinded pineapple in a bowl.
    2. Chop the onions, green onions, and purple cabbage.
    3. Place the raw salmon onto an oven roasting pan with the onions, green onions, purple radish, and asparagus.
    4. Bathe everything with the sauce
    5. Bake for 15 minutes at 450F. After 10 minutes baste your salmon.
    6. Scoop steam rice into a bowl.
    7. Take your salmon out of the over. Then move everything from the pan to the bowl.
    8. Add Tobikos, Ikura, radish sprouts, and green onions on top.
    9. Chop up some red onions and slice your lemon and add them both to your bowl
