First the problem with all of these sites are that they are small 70 or 80 acres is nothing. That is about the size of a small neighborhood in a city its about 4-5 block size area. Towns are typically hundreds to thousands of acres or atleast a few square miles. All of these that you have are mostly estates that have multiple buildings on them.
Second most of these are not towns due to not have any type of legal status as a town or city.
