Last day on earth does not deserve the low 6.9 rating ☠️ like i get it at the time you had to wait months to see what happened after the crappy cliffhanger. And i get the rankings were made at the time of airing. But if you watching it now it doesnt matter that much. Last day on earth is an incredible episode

Too far gone is not only the best Walking dead episode but one of the best in Tv history. Haven't been watched TWD since the episode Rick left but this will allways be my all time favourite
You should finish it. The rest of S9 was super enjoyable and S10 was super exciting. S11 was also very good even though 11a had a completely useless arc which was only used to set up Dead City. There might be some very special treats for you in 11b as well.
@@ollib9837 the series got stale for me and alot of my favourite characters died or left so no point . Find bad guys ,fight them and win in the end feelt like the story didn't go anywhere for me . Zombies are there only like a background ,no cure ,no horror like the first season etc .

@UbisoftVaCrever are you serious? The final was literally my favorite episode of the series, it was incredible. It had a 9.5 when it first dropped and then somehow dropped down to an 8.3 it ABSOLUTELY deserves to be in this person's top 10.

I would have thought the focus would be diverted from the "mighty" Commonwealth (which is more like a 50-person camp stuck in a movie studio) and their ridiculous little bickering "the rich bad guys the poor good guys" at least for the Last 8 episodes, but no, the dudes get stuck in their loop and just go sloppy over the holes, quickly bend the story and gracelessly stop the carnage for the past few years, it's pathetic.
Already the series has taken a bitter taste since it became full woke/sjw/lgbt, making everything even more ridiculous, but then if only we had had a writing on the small onions, but no. Not only is it full politically correct in a world where such futility animating neurotic minds would simply no longer exist, but in addition it always shits on the original work by adapting to their sauce to ultimately make their choices inexplicable and unexplorable scriptwriting.
@UbisoftVaCrever I never took it as anything "woke" or trying to push a narrative. Sure, it talks about Rich vs. Poor and real-life issues, but it never directly makes a real-life political stance.
Lgbt characters are whatever, I'm not bothered by any of that, as long as a character is good, I don't care what sexuality they are.
The writing was really good imo, and it had been since Season 9. Sure, seasons 7-8 was a big fall-off writing wise. But Angela Kang definitely brought the series back, if not better, from a writing standpoint.
I also loved Lance Hornsby. He was genuinely the highlight character for me this season. Thoroughly enjoyed every scene of his.
I think after (s4 ep9) is the best episode of TWD. Everything is amazing about it. Robert Kirkman wrote it and created a special bond between Carl and Rick without Rick even being alive for most of the episode.

"No Sanctuary" may be the 2nd highest ranked episode and get a 9.6 star rating but its the most watched episode out of all of them

With IMDB it's determined by which one has the most votes so it's "technically" the best. Too far gone has the most votes and that's why it's number 1.
"Here's Negan" and "Hostiles and Calamities" are two of my personal favorites. Maybe I'm just a sucker for redemption characters, but Negan and Dwight are both favorite characters of mine and I think their redemption arcs are emotional and executed very well. The scene where Dwight reads the note from Sherry is easily one of the most emotional scenes in the show and was one of the biggest steps to make the audience sympathize with him, so I really love that episode.

This episode being centered around him and Tara, who is one of my favorite characters (but I loved her the most back in the earlier seasons) makes this episode my cup of tea. These two simply on the road surviving while displaying an undying loyalty to one another in platonic fashion just makes it an almost guilty pleasure episode of mine.

The groove is such a perfect episode. The child actor was soo perfect and they made the flower scene soo dark.... Still give me chills
My personal favorite episode is what comes after, they handled Andrew Lincoln's departure in a very good way even if the plot wasn't that great. It simply became one of the best episodes mixing emotion and stress.
S8 gets so much undeserved hate but tbh TWD as a whole gets too much undeserved hate ever since the S6 Finale. People are so petty.

@@InfamousTub I don't know that I'd point to Season 3 as the start of the downfall. Season 6 most likely was but even it still remained on a relatively high note. Having rewatched Season 3-6 recently, I have seen the most noticeable drop in quality in Season 7. God Season 7 was a slog to get through sometimes, but even it isn't terrible.
I think s7 and s8 were pretty rough, but I’m glad I stuck through it because 9 was awesome and 10/11 were decent too.

I’m surprised some season 10 and 11 episodes weren’t higher. Stalker and On the Inside should be higher. Those really upped the horror feel and were some of my favorite episodes of those seasons. I also don’t think it’s fair the amount of hate the season 10 bonus episodes get. They didn’t do much, but they were bonus episodes since covid happened and we had to wait so long for the finale. They were nice bite size episodes to get us through till season 11 started later that year.

Just so everyone knows season 10 episodes 16+ were made during covid and had to be recorded with covid restrictions. Also they were written very quickly,
They were all meh, with the exception of Heres Negan, which IMO is a top 3 episode. Wish we got a whole spinoff of old Negan.
Season ten was for sure better than everything from season eleven... While the last extra episodes of season 10 were the ones that really messed the season up... Season 11 continues with the same effort in writing

I'm so sad about the last episode, s10e21 because it's one of my favorite. I'm not the most objective because Carol is my absolute favorite, followed by Daryl. I understand why so many people think this episode isn't interesting because of the lake of action, but I found the closer portrait of the friendship of these characters and the scenes which show everyday life in an apocalypse very interesting.
Some of this episodes are so underrated, the walking dead is one of the most overhated shows that I've ever seen.

I never really felt that any of the episodes in the series were absolutely terrible to be honest, they all had various aspects that made them investing.
Imagine S2 without Shane, it would be like the most boring season ever recorded on TV, but then comes Jon Berntal and one guy makes it one of the best tv-show seasons in TV,, ONE GUY. Amazing actor and perfect for the role.

I still think Days Gone Bye is the best episode in the whole show, with Clear being my favourite standalone story/episode. But there really is something special about those episodes and how quietly haunting they can be. They didn't need the major stakes to really set in how fucked up the world is. Genuinely phenomenal episodes with incredible direction.
Rick's final episode was beautiful too actually; I always forget about it in the conversations of greatest episodes to grace the show. They handled his (temporary) departure very respectfully and had tons of great callbacks.

The best episode from The 8th season was considered medium. That shows How bad season 8 was. Witch is sad, since that was supposed to be the series climax

1# Season 2 (its basically a perfect zombie movie all on its own & almost every single episode is perfect other than the one where Darryl gets the arrow searching for the little girl , that episode was so boring put other than that & a few other scenes , it was perfect & felt the most realistic in a real Zombie Apocalypse)
2# Season 5 (its Rick & the Survivors at their most savage & Terminus cannibals & Alexandria was amazing)
3# Season 6 (best build up season to me & probably has the greatest season finale/cliffhanger episode in TV history & the Satellite 📡 outpost episode was amazing too & so was alot of the other episodes & yes the zombies in this season especially in the episode "Thank You" was by far the best they ever looked in the entire universe)
4# Season 7 (has a few boring episodes but it holds a special place in my heart & its the most we get out of The Saviors in one single season & i loved the final battle during the season finale)
5# Season 10 (Negan & The Whisperers & Beta getting more of a story arc is why i got this season so high up)
6# Season 8 (All Out War , i hated it when i first saw it but rewatched it & it could have been shorter but i think it was almost everything i expected after watching it a second time )
7# Season 4 (it finally actually showed the Prison battle we all wanted to see unlike Season 3 which made me stop watching the show for a few years because of the lame finale)

0:17 Swear is one of my favorite episodes. 1:13 Last Day on earth I think is a 9/10. I sat seriously frightened of the outcome. We all seen what that was. 1:34 I ❤ the introductions to all of the new settlements. Take from the well, replenish the well. 😊 3:27 The Cell was great. It’s not often we see our main character hero’s in a TV show or movie being treated terribly. 3:27 Them is one of my favorite episodes in the entire series. I’d have to give it a 10. It’s really lays down the pressure. Gives an awesome take on humanity. How low is low? I can feel every part of each character in this episode. 3:49 Bury me here should be further up the list as well. By this time I think viewers were just fatigue with all of the Savoir shit. What show shows their main characters suffering for that long……? Anyways I chalk it up to being realistic. Every war isn’t won overnight. 5:34 Scars should be further up there. Where did these ratings come from? 11:24 Days Gone by deserves a 10/10. It is this episode that made me fall in love with the series. Pretty good to 10. No Way Out, my sister made me a mug for Xmas because she knows how much ❤ that episode. Will always & forever be #1 favorite.

I saw live bait recently and it was excellent but dead weight was more awesome, seeing the governor taking power was so great. No shit the 3 episodes 4x06/4x07/4x08 reunited was an experience to rewatch all the build up and the Amazing storyline for the governor and then they give us the perfect episode with too far gone

TWD was killed in S07 and not because that special someone died, but simply because it never, ever, came back to the same level of quality the first half of the series had... TWD for me exists up until No Way Out and that's it. Much better story this way!

2 Season 5 Ep 16 (Rick in his prime)
3 Season 9 Ep 5 (Beautiful way to get rid of the protagonist, stupid idea but perfectly executed)

1 Season 8 ep 9 (The stupisted decision of all time in a tv series, unbelievable crazy)
2 Season 4 Ep 8 (The way she dies was completely INSANE, the only explanation is that she was asking to get of the series or something like that)

i made a rewatch recently and JSS is far way better than Thank you. the only good thing with 6x03 is gleen death scene and the ending with rick eyes who was great, but the rest wast pretty annoying@@lifelinegaming490

Pretty much dead already, the grove and no way out are by far the best. Im shocked even one episode from mid s10 and s11 even is top 100. Everything after whisperer arc is just a mess, if you think otherwise your blinded by fandom.
Season 8 got the worst ratings but season 10 and 11 are by far the worst

I actually really enjoyed Reverged and I remember hearing before about a bad episode on the season I was on, and after I wondered, what was that episode? I really enjoyed how funny it was with the rat and Carol chasing it
we need some chill and feels like inside of it. This episode really give us the atmosphere of surviving. I think people didn't really care about feeling inside and only care about the story that's why the rate is bad
