Watching this episode, and stepped out of my apartment to have a smoke just as they were discussing proper lasagna service vessels, as I closed my door behind me I quickly realized I'd forgotten to pause it, I also started dying laughing hearing DeRosa's voice screaming through the door. It genuinely sounded like there was a domestic happening in my apartment.

I use to work at Outback as a prep cook and the broccoli is NOT frozen thank you very much. I made the soups from scratch, made the seasoning for the croutons and baked them, cut, steamed and mashed the potatoes. I even made the whipped creams for gods sake!
But it does depend on who owns that particular location.
I believe this. Worked at a similar type restaurant and although they take some shortcuts it’s generally scratch made that morning
