I loved this show as I love the slowly in extinction Parsis of Pakistan. We are fast loosing them. I guess there are now less than fifteen hundreds of them in Karachi. I have loved their food and when I used to live in Karachi I was a very frequent visitor of now closed Shalimar bakery near car parts market in Saddar Karachi. Anyway living in Los Angeles I still order their famous butter biscuits from Karachi through a friend who sends it from a bakery located in a Parsi club near St. Pats with any passenger travelling to US. I liked the recipes but would have loved the recipe measurements. Nilofer you were writing. Thanks

It's easy to criticise, it's very difficult to go out and make your own. Nilofer puts her money where her mouth is and funds the whole thing. How about you show us how it's supposed to be done?
