    I just started classes with Kate, at Classic Sewing, in Naperville, Illinois. She is wonderful; and has a beautiful sewing studio.

    Thank you Glenda this session was really helpful. Especially the three ways to compensate for the addition of the additional fabric across the back. You are such a good teacher Glenda and I love my recently purchased dress kit. I am now well on my way to making clothes that actually fit. Kind regards from Julie in Newcastle UK

      Julie UK England - thanks so much for your lovely comments. I'm so glad this demonstration was of value to you. I know you'll enjoy working with SFD and you have Judith - your distributor, if you need any assistance. She is great!

    Could you link to the video in your learning center about hiding the necessary adjustment in the yoke? New Sure Fit fan here and finding your fit process very helpful!

      April Girl - That specific video is already in the Learning Center. But for your quick reference, here is the direct link on hiding the darts in the back yoke - ruclips.net/video/lmYdO6yqVTI/видео.html

    I would like to buy your system, but I live in Spain and since UK has left the European Union, we must pay duty on anything we buy from UK. Are there any plans to set up somewhere new within the EU?

    • @surefitdesigns
      @surefitdesigns  2 года назад

      @Elaine Kay - Hi and thanks for your question. I realize that the UK has left the EU and that you know need to pay duty on anything coming in from the UK. But if you were to order from the USA, it would take longer, cost more in shipping and still have to pay duty/taxes on the goods. The UK website is by far the more realistic option for you when purchasing Sure-Fit Designs. It's simply not possible for Sure-Fit Designs to have a distributor in every international country. We do the best we can.

    So even if i do a rounded back adjustment i could put each end on the fold of the fabric although in the middle wouldnt be on fold and that would be ok? Thankyou

    • @surefitdesigns
      @surefitdesigns  4 года назад

      Janet Link - basically yes, but remember that I showed widening the back armhole slightly to compensate for the width that you are going to loose on the center back.

      @@surefitdesigns but i still dont have tecnically do that, right?

    • @surefitdesigns
      @surefitdesigns  4 года назад

      @@janetlink9756 What are you referring to? widening the back armhole? You may not have to if you still have enough reaching room. But if it feels tight when reaching, then you'd likely be better off with widening the armhole just slightly.

    • @janetlink9756
      @janetlink9756 4 года назад

      @@surefitdesigns i was just referring to rounded back adjust. i really just dont want to add to the back armhole as a result of less than an inch rounded back adjust.

    • @surefitdesigns
      @surefitdesigns  4 года назад

      @@janetlink9756 - then try it without adding to the armhole - see how you like it.
