STEP3 is essentially a 2-day long step 2 with some cases at the end. first day all MCQ, second day half MCQ half cases My Advice : 1. do Uworld at least once; the majority of questions on the exam will be internal medicine 2. do some case practice. Uworld cases are fine. I have a video on case reviews as well 3. do not stress this exam has a 97% pass rate and most people do not study for more than a few days. Also, you do not have to schedule your test on back-to-back days so space it out if you feel you need a breather. Hope this helps
