I like the red deck you are using in this video. But I don't recognize it. Or, I also like the Richard Turner decks. I know you have plenty of those too.
I try and use different decks all the time. The red deck is made by Fournier and they are from Spain. The feel is reminiscent of Aviators. The Blue deck I am using in the video is a Stud deck from Walgreens. Studs are awesome! I have a few bricks of unopened Richard Turner Bicycle Decks...I will send you one of those! Just sent me your mailing information to Stacked@KardSharp.com. See that A you got in 3rd grade spelling finally came in handy! lol
thank you for these tutorials, i recently bought the expert at the card table and im not the best at understanding some of the instructions so its great to come across a fellow mechanic who can explain these in a more visual way. keep up the awesome videos, you've earned a sub! :)
Thank you for showing that in a great visual style and a good explaination. I am reading Erdnases book right now but I have a hard time figuring out the exact techniques just by reading and looking up the sparse illustrations in the book. Your tutorials are a great help and a perfect supplement while working with the book.
Thanks so much for the comment nichttuntun! I know the book can be frustrating...so I'm happy my tutorials are helping! Be sure to subscribe and also sign up for my newsletter at KardSharp.com....I have lots of cool stuff coming up in 2019! Have a Happy New Year...and Thanks for watching...I look forward to hearing how you progress.
Hi. I wish the same to you. Progress is slow but steady. I already know some cuts and I can perform the Erdnase colour change smoothly. The blind shuffles are not so good at the moments. The problem is that the gaps upon the breaks are not really small but it's evolving. I practice every day. I find the bottom deal really difficult although I can buckle up and shift out the low card very well for the whole deck, but I can't hold the grip very long without the deck becoming loose and I have to re-grip. The second deal or the laser deal work much better... But I really want to perform the bottom deal too and I have a hard time learning it :) Have a great time and a great new year.
Thanks Conley! It's a big undertaking, but I am excited as well. I will keep you posted! I hope to be releasing more videos in the meantime...thanks for the support!
I never realized that people could be controlling the cards during an overhand shuffle. Now I have to go back and look at all of my poker losses again.
A free deck of cards to the first person who can tell me what word I misspelled in this video!
You spelled "sloppy" as "slopping" what kind of deck do I get????
Damn! That was fast PCF! What kind of deck do you want?

Amazing
So youre maintaining a break & then shuffling instead of an in-jog?
Hi Jon. If. R referring to the break shuffle shown at the end then yes. Another way of maintaining the top stock is by using a break.
The word "your" should be "you're"
lol.... That's not the only spelling mistake I made Larry. I also spelled "sloppy" wrong. I wrote "slopped".
I never realized that people could be controlling the cards during an overhand shuffle. Now I have to go back and look at all of my poker losses again.
