The city and county jobs for entry level don't pay any amount closes to $47/ hours. They even try to get temp agency to only recruit for 90 days assignments temp job, without any benefits and if you take the 90 days assignments, you'll be disqualified for Cal fresh and medical.
Don't say people are lazy. They know the cost to live in CA but didn't find solutions. Mo amount of health and human services resources can fix it.
