I love, love, love that finally someone has done a tutorial that isn't lid, crease, highlight and outer v if we're lucky, lol! This is why I love your make-up videos. You're so much better and creative than so many other people on here,
i love the blurps at the end of the vid. I really like your slightly imperfect approach. Thanks so much for sharing your inspirations, they make me braver with colors I never would have imagined using before.
I really like the tutorial videos that the person talks instead of doing things high speed. Like when you explain why you want to use a certain brush. That is a very nice touch without being over done. Thanks!
Great look. Me, my sister, and niece all love Ever After: A Cinderella Story. Drew played Danielle de Barbarac and I found the whole movie on here and had to watch it since it had been years since I saw it last.
i'm glad to finally come across an eye look with a similar eye as mine (hooded eye i think it's called?). i find it really frustrating at times to find a good eye look when tutorials are always done on deep set eyes >.
This is my prom look! My dress is a black lace and I am wearing short combat booties with gold studs and an olive jacket with a gold necklace so this black/gold smokey eye is what ive been looking for!
had to find some makeup to wear tonight and of course i went to your channel first. and i saw this video again and knew i had to do it. i love this and i love you! i think you're the most talented guru on youtube.
I'm guilty of binge watching your older episodes. Sort of a trend I'm noticing is the recreation of a popular makeup tutorial. I would love to see how you might redo some of these wonderful looks. Of course, some of the names for some of the application types have changed. It would be interesting to watch a more mature you react to your fresher self. #fanforlife
Love that movie! Love this look! I love your creativity! Best looks on RUclips! I actually wore colors on my eyes over the holidays for the first time & no one laughed! Hee, thanks to you! I'm not as good at placement & blending, yet. I love how you try to really show us where & how the colors go. I'm so blind that it's hard to see in my 10x mirror even. So seeing you is especially important. Happy New Year!!!
Love this look on you. Also I saw a picture of you with a fan at IMATS Los Angeles and you looked absolutely beautiful. I also love your bloopers and your bright outlook on life.
I loved Ever After, too! Where has Drew Barrymore been, now that I think about it? This look is perfection! I just love navy and peach together and I can't get over how well your lip color complements your eye makeup!
@Guitarandmakeup Red/copper can mean a lot of different colors and also your skintone/eye color comes into play, but Cork is my go-to for redheads. I used Omega and Mystery because the under part of my hair is black :)
Very pretty look..:) **..Me too I wore that movie out...just loved it...I especially loved Angelica Houstin-[step-mother]..she's an awesome actress..flawless performance.... Thx for sharing !~:)
I love Ever after, Drew Barrymore as Danielle, it's my go to movie when I want to watch something but don't know what to watch. So utterly romantic, I love it. I adore your make up too BTW
i do not know how i didn't find you until now! you're like a breath of fresh air to watch :). absolutely love this look and your personality! definitely subscribed!
I F-ING LOVE YOU!!!!! you are exactly what I have been looking for in continuing my learning as i am teaching! I wanted to find more advanced looks to try but everyone fast forwards there videos ugggg! I just started doing videos a few months ago still need better tools my website is not done yet, but you are my new makeup buddy if you like it or not LOL I will for sure be doing your tutorials to better my education. I will for sure be following you and going to your site! you are me like 5 years ago, but I will always have The Clash tattooed to my leg and that style is always in my heart and comes out every now and then!
Im so glad I found your channel...Love love love your tutorials, you have such a spunky fun personality and what's even greater is that you have the same type of eyes (hooded lids) I have which makes the tutorials extra helpful. thanks for sharing...Oh, I was in CVS today and checked out the lip flash sticks...;) Smooches
You are crazy talented. I love your care-free attitude as well. It makes me feel as if you're just talking to a friend while applying your makeup. This look is fantastic. I'm going to try to recreate it and let you know how it goes. Also loooved your black eyeliner comparison video. Milani! Who knew? lol. Apparently you! :)
Im going to try this look . I just dont like bringing dark colors into my inner corner and close to my nose but its the new year & i shall venture out of my comfort zone
I love Ever After too. I love it. It used to be my go to movie when I was bored, I stopped because I kinda sorta knew all the words already, so I said this movie need a break. Anyway the name of Drew Barrymore in the movie was Daniel De Barbarac (have no idea how to write it!). But to me this looks is more like when she dressed up as Nicole de Lancret (again no idea!). Back to make up. Loved the look!! I'll be rocking that one out one of these days. Two thumps up!!
When I first saw this I thought you had used the loreal hip duo eyeshadow in metallic. It's crazy pigmented and they have one duo that use the colors you did. I loved this look by the way, it's a different kind of smokey eye I would love to try.
I LOVE this "sandwich" effect and unfortunately I don't see it used much. I love this look and hope to see you do more looks with this technique in the future!
You do an amazing job with your makeup, I just subscribed tonight but i watched a few of your other tutorials the other day and I checked out your beautylish page, the pictures on there are so pretty, keep doing what you do, cuz you rock at it
I just found your channel, and you have such a warm, friendly, personality. On top of you being such a lovable person, you also are incredibly talented. Instant subscribe!
love the look! Ever After is one of my favorite movies. You may be interested in watching the TV show Once Upon A Time. They do some really cool interpretations of the fairy tale characters who have forgotten who they are. I love their Red Riding Hood who has a more rocker look. Might give you some inspiration for some other tutorials. I'm really looking forward to see all the looks you do in this series.
Thank you for introducing me to Milani :D I was looking for new eyeliner, and I saw the Milani liquid eyeliner, and remembering that you use it a lot, I got it. The stuff is freaking incredible!
This is a great look. I'll try it for sure. I don't really remember that live action version w Barrymore at all. This is because when my dad died very unexpectedly, my grandma took me to the movies and let me go by myself for the first time to get my mind off it, I guess. That was the movie I chose. Within a few minutes into the movie, the Cinderella character's father died and I was just balling and crying my eyes out through the whole movie. Everyone seated around me had to be pretty weirded
I honestly was thinking how bad I wanted to see a gold and black look. and come to YT and BAM you did one! BEST DAY EVER!! This look is gorgeous!
I love, love, love that finally someone has done a tutorial that isn't lid, crease, highlight and outer v if we're lucky, lol!
This is why I love your make-up videos. You're so much better and creative than so many other people on here,

I have favored this as my favorite eye look on RUclips. If there was an award for best eye look. You win on this one!
Girl, this is the most beautiful look I have ever seen.
Great look. Me, my sister, and niece all love Ever After: A Cinderella Story. Drew played Danielle de Barbarac and I found the whole movie on here and had to watch it since it had been years since I saw it last.
I LOVE the peacock jewelry and that makeup makes your eyes SUPER blue!
This is one of my favorite looks you have done so far.
@voiceboxes Mulan is going to be amazing- quite a challenge but SO AWESOME!
I own "Ever After" on DVD, and yet I can never pass up watching it when they show it on TV! Love the look Cora!!
Beautiful...thx for taking your time and breaking down the reasons why you used certain brushes!
Everafter is my favorite movie too! Dressed up for Halloween like that like 8 years ago.....loved it!
i'm glad to finally come across an eye look with a similar eye as mine (hooded eye i think it's called?). i find it really frustrating at times to find a good eye look when tutorials are always done on deep set eyes >.
Agreed! Her hair is gorgeous here! Cora do your hair like this again!
Love that movie too! Danielle was a very likeable heroine. Love the makeup tutorial!
You just make my day every time I watch you! I get so inspired to try something new. LOVE this look!
This is my prom look! My dress is a black lace and I am wearing short combat booties with gold studs and an olive jacket with a gold necklace so this black/gold smokey eye is what ive been looking for!

Your eyes! they're so beautifully blue!

@PNeoQueen Why is it so much more exciting to catch a movie on TV even when you have the dvd RIGHT THERE!? idk but I love catching movies on tv too :)
I've watched Ever After probably 50 times or more. :) Love the look.
This is so pretty!! Very creative and I absolutely love it!!!
You are crazy talented. I love your care-free attitude as well. It makes me feel as if you're just talking to a friend while applying your makeup. This look is fantastic. That style of smokey eye looks good with Urban Decay's Half Baked where the gold is and Darkhorse where the black is.
I absolutely love you Cora!! You are so geniune and talented. Wish there were more gurus like you
Love this look! I'm gonna have to get that navy shadow.
For some reason your eyes look so much larger in this tutorial, I absolutely love it!
wow i love this look i love how ur looks are always out there and fun!!!!!
@Kidlike101 Because you don't use black on the inner-rim& the light color on the eye it makes you eyes look much bigger.
I absolutely love this look. You always look stunning in all your looks. c: You're a big inspiration, keep it up!
I love to listen to your voice, its so soothing for some reason:)
@YamiJay I haven't been watching it, but everyone seems to think it's great- guess I need to tune in :)
When I first saw this I thought you had used the loreal hip duo eyeshadow in metallic. It's crazy pigmented and they have one duo that use the colors you did. I loved this look by the way, it's a different kind of smokey eye I would love to try.
Hey Cora! LOVE this look! Beautiful on you!
@BusyBeeStitchery Yeah I did Belle in November :) The 224 is sometimes not too scratchy for me, but that day I couldn't stand it any longer.
Love this look! I'm super pale so black tends to wash me out, but i'm going to try this look! What brush did you use for the cheeks?
I LOVE this "sandwich" effect and unfortunately I don't see it used much. I love this look and hope to see you do more looks with this technique in the future!
You do an amazing job with your makeup, I just subscribed tonight but i watched a few of your other tutorials the other day and I checked out your beautylish page, the pictures on there are so pretty, keep doing what you do, cuz you rock at it
