Went from 103kgs to 88kgs by: 1. IF eating windows 12pm-7pm, 2. Started cycling and progressed to running as I had dodgy knees. Try to run as it’s more efficient, 3. Keep weight training, 4. Focus on higher protein diet, 5. Don’t fear sunshine, just not too much. I’m 45, still social drink and eat lots but mainly clean food. Keep it simple and results will come 👍💪🏻🌅🍻
Here is my trick... if I'm hungry, I make myself cook or make something to eat (super foods and lean proteins). If I'm too lazy to make something, then I'm not hungry enough to eat. I make sure when I go to the store, I buy healthy stuff and super foods so I don't get tricked into eating junk. Lemon water with cayenne pepper throughout the day will also control your appetite. Tea and honey is also a nice treat
Be eating 2000 calories or less a day. (Mostly.) And working out every 2 days, done this for 6 Months. Sleep in a cold room; take cold showers. Don’t sleep the best and no fat loss or muscle growth. Not even better stamina. Use the same weight on dumbbells 30lbs, and a weight backpack. Try to do 20-40 reps for each exercise type. Tried intermediate fasting too, don’t think it worked. What did was just eating soup for weeks. But that was hard.
I fèel great. I was 160.2kg in March this year, as of today i'm 109.8kg. I've started intermittent fasting 16/8, walking up to 30k steps, hitting gym for weight lifting 4 3,4 times a week, walking on incline threadmil several times per week for about an hour. Its important to stress out that i have massive dedication to this and unlike previous times i tried this im not actually starving myself, about 2.2-2.4k calories every day, of which about 180-200g protein and that these chabges took few months to completely implement. Not using whey, using preworkout for leggs day only. Drinking 4'6l water every day. As for foods im eating, eggs boiled almost every morning, chicken, lean beef, pork here and there, all veggies u can think of, bananas after workout only, apple, mandarine oranges, pears, strawbery when its their season. Rarely have cheat meals and if i do its like a pizza slice, small burgers or smaller donut or 2. And dont forget vitamin suplements if u need em.
I worked at a lumber yard for a while and worked 12 hours shifts with 2 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch needless to say that’s why I went from 285 to 230, unfortunately I went back up when a job change came so now I’m really having to work to get back down

Jumping rope is one of the best, most underrated forms of cardio there is. But many "skip" doing it because they lack cordination. You burn a ton of cals and improve vo2 max like you would doing sprints, but it's also low impact and easy to recover from. I jump rope 4-5 days per week with no issues.

Eh, girls like a strong body they do not mind some chub or fat. Not necessarily a chiseled ripped one but large strong arms and a chest is sufficient. Perhaps because You're very short (5.4" - 5.7" no doubt about it) you had to compensate with that in your day. Your spirit animal is a Chihuahua by the way, relentless, yappy and high pitched voice lol but i mean Chiseled soft guys with your physique are a dime dozen. Not being short and being masculine goes a long way. That you can't earn or build in the gym.
Sounds like you're coping by relying on the extra inches you were born with. Only shallow women prefer height over earned health. A step ladder easily replaces you.
@@jp23x I been both. i have more success now being built like a off-season linebacker. Being so shredded don't fancy them as assumed. they don't want to be in the gym all day with you or wanting to keep up with your crazy diet. They want to be the hot bodied one and when they are you get access.
@@Racso88e being fit does create a level of attractiveness, but that's not even what's going to get the girl. It'll help, but ultimately what comes out of your mouth will get the girl. Then again if you're "gods gift to women" then women will throw themselves at you. I was one of the most fit guys at my gym, but I got 0 attention from women haha just from dudes. I saw so many unattractive unfit dudes with these beautiful women. They must have had what I didn't have, the ability to talk to women.
