Thank you for opening up💝. I had my first panic attack 3 weeks ago and I actually thought I was having a respiratory arrest and that i was going to die, I was at home and I ended up calling an ambulance and spending the night in hospital. I felt so bad for wasting the ambulance and emergency departments time, but they all assured me that I wasn't waating their time. I now know what to look out for. I quit my 24 year career in nursing last December and I have been so much better since resigning from nursing, but my anxiety seems to be really high, so I am trying to alleviate some of my anxiety and seeing a psychologist. Thank You for sharing with us. ❤ Setting boundaries is so important for our mental health, I only learnt of this recently through some training that I needed to do. It was a light bulb moment. Nature and self care is the best medicine to reset. I'm happy to hear that you have it under control.🥰 It was lovely seeing your beautiful cat's and how much you love them. 🤗 I don't understand what is happening with the olive oil's at the moment the prices have doubled and not available as before. I loved the Costco haul especially the prosciutto and provolone cheese 😋The mutti tomatoes cans are always good to have in the pantry. The satin skirt with the target jumper looked classy, topped off nicely with the red trench coat, very French 😊Sending lot's of Love. Keep Well. 🥰❤

Your fur babies are beautiful. I have 2 cats, one is a Siamese who is 14 years old and two Chihuahuas, Bindy and Bandit. They all eat cat biscuits and don't touch the dog food. I have given up trying different brands of dog food and now just get double cat biscuits.
LOL I’m glad mine aren’t the only ones, at one point I was concerned but I checked with the vet and she said it was fine so now I’m not worried. Sounds like you’re also a pet lover, love your dogs names 😘😘

Thank you I’m so glad you liked it, 2 of our cats were rescued, Alaska is one of those 2, she loooovves her food, poor munchkin was starving when we rescued her, she now comes in and snacks every few hours as a preventative measure 😁😘😘
Good on you for resigning. You’re not alone, seems it’s common practice or a common tactic in order for businesses to “legally” move people of a certain age group on. It’s their loss.

I’ll try, though I’m not a traditional cook and have problems with following recipes 😂if I don’t have all the ingredients required I improvise hence why the Brussels sprouts salad didn’t have bright red cranberries but rather some other dried fruit I had in the pantry 😂😂 I’ll try and share more of what I cook, but I’m no Nigella 🤣🤣

I’ve used the steamer on the satin skirt I recently bought and it worked beautifully, it heated up quickly and was easy to use. I’ll try and incorporate it in a future video 😘😘

Hi gorgeous Deborah. What was your profession before you ceased working? Your animals are so cute and cuddly. Very well behaved as well 🐾. I would hate to imagine what you spend on groceries 😮. I am a bit incapacitated at the moment because I had a fall last night. I tripped and fell when I was drawing the curtains closed. Brian had a cord from his laptop on the ground and I got caught in it and landed on my right hand. I knew straight away it was my wrist. Spent the morning in the hospital to find the results inconclusive. The doctor couldn't find a break but everything pointed to one. I've had my right forearm plastered and I have to see my GP in a week. He may get another X ray then. My god I'm so clumsy. Take care lovely and I'll see you soon 😘♥️♥️ xx

Hi Deborah, thank you for sharing your journey, good for you making the decision to resign. Unfortunately after age 50 most employers pull all types of rubbish to pressure us to make way for the younger generation (usually less experienced) 🤷🏼♀️ their loss!! What industry did you work in? I was with state government and quite felt bullied so I took a redundancy and have never looked back!
Around 3 years ago I started experiencing anxiety and still battle it. I also have a form of agoraphobia and mostly don’t venture out unless absolutely necessary. I must admit though once I’ve arrived at my destination, I’m ok… who knows what thats all about lol
Our Costco membership expired so we haven’t been there for a few years so thanks for the haul, I’ll suggest rejoining to hubby especially now my son has boomeranged back to us and eats us out of house and home 😂
I think there’s a bit of a shortage of olive oil because I too have had trouble getting it. I usually buy a couple of bottles or the large tin to decant when they’re on special but they haven’t been for a while.
