Love this series - such great random tips that I haven't heard before and touches on so many different aspects of the game. I started a playthrough like this (I don't know my end goal yet though), started Minmatar and ratted for a while (I'm on my second day) and got a few of those bubble makers that give all the resources, then thought I would dip into Gallente and Caldari space to try to get access to different loot drops, like maybe some armor and missle stuff. My first trip into Gallente space, first belt I tried there was a shadow rat that dropped a 50 mil implant! I guess my money issues are covered for a while!!!

One tip: you can put a small container in your hold, it takes 100m3 but can hold 120m3
Also make some blue print copies for ships and ammo to take out into null
Right! I'd forgotten this trick. I had been thinking I might want a container BPO just for hangar organization anyhow and this is a good motivation to finally do it.
Be careful about letting offered missions expire without declining them first. You will lose standing. I believe the offers last for 7 days.

You could reprocess the junk for the Tritanium. Nevermind thought it was tritanium not veldspar.
Atron is a success, I'm at 13M on my way to a Thorax BPO and I'm getting plenty of loot and minerals on the side! Hopefully the Thorax can run lowsec DEDs, if not I'll grind and upship to a Brutix
I think even a T1-fit thorax should have no problem at all with a 3/10. A 4/10 should be approachable too, I think, but it's a big step up.
I'm pretty sure that dropping half a bill a battlecruiser BPO is not the optimal way to complete this run, but I'll absolutely respect it if you do go that route.
@@tabarnoucheinterplanetary 3/10s are Hisec and 4/10s spawn in both hisec and lowsec, pretty sure they only drop Frigate BPCs. So I need to do at least 5/10s, EVE uni wiki says it can add up to 600 dps, especially if you let cruisers and battlecruisers get too close. I'm gonna need a solid tank and I'm gonna have to kite.

Running missions in hisec I have seen Veldspar in missions a couple days ago. However I do not think you got any of those missions and I think level 2 missions have more. Also Gallente have the best corvette because it can carry two drones (unless they nerfed it).
