Instead of controlling manually the voltage and current, using the Arduino to control via the feedback pin of the buck module is somewhat possible, although I don't know how stable it would be... But tuning with capacitors and resistors can made this possible...

Maybe using digital potentiometers, but ones with good resolution

instead of Arduino why not esp32? and also it would be good to have rotary switch may be 3 way or 5 way to control and quickly change voltage like 3.3, 5, 9, 12,24

Hi bro it's great work. I am currently in the same project arduino digital power supply, but instread of potentiometers i'll use two buttons fot V and I set, and rotary encoder for set, and buck converter is also arduino controlled with mosfet. And isn't that display 3.3v logic pin level, but you directly connected it to 5v arduino? Keep going my friend❤
For push button switch , definitely you should Have a great DAC. 12 bit , I tried to build this thing with Arduino but not even get good result 😞
