I have said this before and i will say it again. Your partner’s family is NOT your family. If shit goes down between you and your partner, they will always pick the other side. So, don’t count on them!! Ever in your life!
I recently learned that going through someone's phone, in the US, is actually a crime, but you can supepna the chat logs and use them. Record the threəts that the family are making, just in case, and lean heavily onto your lawyer. They can actually use a field like accounting to claim she should have had more awareness of the law than most.
@ literally never heard of that ever being enforced even once in a divorce case, 99.99% of the time the person says they went through their SO’s phone and no one bats an eye
@jsullivan649 I just heard a case in Texas where this was brought up, so I took a quick look. The wife had screenshots of her husband's phone proving the husband's affairs, but as her lawyer was gonna bring it up, the husband's lawyer pointed out it's against the 5th amendment as the pictures would be revealing a criminal act. The judge had to side with the husband's lawyer. Like you said, I haven't heard of this happening before, so I too was surprised.
Op such a whimp. You to the directors of that program she's involved in and tell them she's obsessed with a student. At the very least it will ruin her social status. For all OP knows she's doing dad and son. OR Maybe the Hot soccer dad contact is in fact the teenager.
I read the thumbnail and thought it said 7 year old. 😬 I was like, bro; that's not cheating. Call the cops.
it's still weird bros 17
@Echo_9 Yeah but OP calling it cheating was shocking either way.

in what state is that a crime? I have literally never heard of that being a thing outside of it being a work phone, but personal phones are fine.

Dad owns the cell phone contract since you can't legally sign a contract as a minor.
