those magneto gloves are so unfair to deal with unless you have godlike aim you will lose the fight every time even if your more skilled than the dude your fighting. wait til next season when that war machine armor mythic will be mech 2.0. or the captain america shield taking out full squads in a few throws and being able to shield you from projectiles. lol i wont be spending my money for this shit

This season has been the biggest roller coaster I have been on in this game. In the beginning, when the car parts and fists were hilariously broken, I barely played because it felt like you simply lost games if you weren't in one. Once they nerfed the attachments and added proper counterplay to them, I actually really enjoyed the meta and had a blast for just about all of the middle portion of the season. Then Magneto came in and ruined everything with the most braindead blue item ever conceived. It had absolutely zero counters, and the only semi-slightly-possibly-if they suck check to it is to just get in the air with fists and shoot to hopefully get damage off, but then they just use their fists plus the low gravity to stay airborne longer than you and run you over. The one good method of really outplaying it is with green dashes, which did a good job, but that also forces it on you to get them if you want a chance. At that point I just stopped because nobody wants to play a game where if they have a specific thing and you couldn't get it, you simply lose.
Just another note on the variety thing: A lot of items may get vaulted. So if there’s any items you may not typically use, now is a good time to experiment and maybe mess around with them one last time. For example, if you don’t tend to use the tow-hook much, give it a shot. If you always use nitro fists, maybe switch it up with some nitro splashes. This will make the game more interesting and fun for your last few days and remove the potential regret of “I wish I did this more”. Another separate note too. Of course it is a battle royale and winning is the main goal, but it doesn’t HAVE to be the main priority. If you always go for wins, maybe just try and get as many kills as possible, maybe go for a wasteland challenge. This can make the game less frustrating, especially in times where it seems like it’s boring and stagnant.
You're right about finding new places to land next season. Come Season 4 all the Pois I liked dropping at throughout Ch5 will have been removed (Hazy, Classy, and Pleasant,) and all other Pois currently I just find incredibly messy, sweaty and unfun to fight at, so I have no idea what i'll do if I don't like Latveria or the Raft Pois too- Besides finding an unnamed lowkey spot to drop at as a last ditch option.
I can’t wait for everyone crying for magneto gloves back after the 5-6 marvel powers coming up by weeks end. I just went to the store to get extra tissues for everyone.

Ive been booted off at least fifty times, and ive never had that problem until this season. In general just too many annoying bugs and game overpowered janky items that brought it down as a whole. Edit: forgot to talk about cars, i hope they nerf those even more. Finally blowing up a car just for someone to jump out and hop into another imediately is annoying.
Call me a psycho but I really had a lot of fun this season fighting the cars with the nitro fist and bow. It was so fun to time the uppercut with the fist, and launch the car in the air and blow it up
My favourite season by far (started playing from Chapter 4 Season 4). Particularly the period where the Metallica stuff was in the game since that's when the game was at it's most balanced I think. The OP cars at the start were annoying but once EMPs came back, I ended up loving the cars. Still can't stand the magneto gloves though lol (but I don't think it's all that game-breaking, more often than not I've found it okay dealing with magneto users lately). As for next season, not excited at all since the new items look like magneto part 2. We'll see.
Yeah magneto is one of those items that can be a death sentence for the user if they pull it out at the wrong time. There’s so many ways to counter it in 90% of situations, whether that’s as simple as nitro gloves or saving your green dashes. This season was a disappointment in a lot of ways but people are overly critical. Good players adapt to the meta. Players that think they’re good complain about powerful items instead of learning to counter them.
I thought the season was a solid 6/10, if the Loot pools would have been split between competitive and casual it would have been better. I am very excited for season 4 and I’m ready to see car attachments gone and to see the new map changes

I know you’ll say it wasn’t because of waterbending but having a singular broken item doesn’t break the whole meta, especially when a skilled sniper can easily counter it.
I’ve been playing since chapter 3 late last season of that chapter. Been enjoying all chapters and seasons up till chapter 5 season 3. This season was crap and I quit this season. The new season coming up looks good and I’m looking forward to coming back
I liked the limited to no sniper rifles of this season. I didn't mind the cars honestly. It was super chaotic to start but they reigned it in and made it better. 4 out 5 stars
I have been only playing Fortnite for short while,. I mainly started so I could play with my nephews. But Season 3 was my favorite so far. I know it's contravertial but I liked zipping around the map in modded cars and blasting people with Magneto powers (I was a big XMen fan when I was young),
Unfortunately magneto and fists will both be gone, but will 100% be replaced with possibly even worse items. Looks like Iron man gauntlets are coming as well as a jet pack… so we will see. Hopefully it’s more balanced. I think it’s stupid how you can carry gloves and magneto in same load out… it’s so overpowering that you have to carry both in solo or you are doomed. My loadout is gate keeper, TB smg fists, magneto, nuka cola. And honestly you can carry just a combat shotty and more heals or 2 different guns, but Magneto and fists is really Al that matters.
I look forward to your videos, the tips are very helpful. I hope the cars stay in the game. I get a rush when the car turns into my custom skin. I get a rush when my weapon turns into a custom skin. I am not a fan of OP weapons in the battle royal setting or the hired NPC's that can shoot at you. Feeding health and ammo is fair but not shooting with perfect aim, not realistic or fun.
As far as season goes probs one of the worst. At the very start with the car garbage it was a 1/10 then we got some nice car counters and it went up to 6...maybe even 7/10 and then we got sniper and Magneto and it's 1/10 agian. So IDK total like 2-3/10
if you are desperate you can get 5lvl in 3 hours of playing lego, 6 from jam stage and do a bit more from the rocket racing challenges and 5 from creative just choose the ones you like more and do it i usually use the aim training maps
Theres no way both the gatekeeper and thunder burst stay next season. That being said, ive been trying to any purple or gold hammer pumps i see instead of the gatekeeper and its a lot of fun

Hha yeah just today got the lv200 skin (that I'll never use), the weekly uest pee body (that I'll never use), the weeky machinist skin (which I doubt I'll ever use) and the second Magneto style (which I'll probably never use). Which is now all this season skins. Also today I decided to force myself to try pump spray swapping, which went well enough (first time it goes well for me since Ch4S4). Also finally was pretty comfortable with burst SMG at longish ranges. So yeah haha did a bunch of the things you said without even really menaing to XD.

Was a really fun season loved using the cars as they were a nice break from the norm. Gloves were annoying when people used them to punch you down but were really fun from a movment perspective. Only thing i hated were the magneto gloves and how necessary they are to win as people are running nitro gloves to get high and then magneto down. Im looking forward to guns being the central aspect of combat but idk with all these marvel powers coming in.
Try something new in this meta? I've done that all season really. And have died constantly because of it. Haven't won a single solo match since the stupid magneto cheese dropped. This season can't leave fast enough. Ha ha ha.
Play Lego Fortnite or other creative maps 🤷♂️ if you have the time to just mess around and chill in Lego Fortnite and don’t wanna break your keyboard/controller from playing in sweat lobbies, you’ll get a good amount of xp

As a huge marvel fan I’m pretty excited for the next season. But, I think there are going to be more annoying weapons than this season which I’m not looking forward to.
It really annoys me when so many people complain about the loot pool. Everyone has access to the same weapons. If you’re repeatedly losing to a certain item, just fight fire with fire and have some fun doing it. Adapt or play at a disadvantage
Forced play styles are not fun. Forced to use cars because they're good when you don't want to use cars is not fun. Forced to use magneto when you'd rather use normal guns is not fun. You're saying people should be forced to use items they don't enjoy just because they're good?

Magneto gloves one of the worst items they’ve put in the game. That and the car play at the beginning took all skill out the game

Loved the season, f the naysayers
Was a really fun season loved using the cars as they were a nice break from the norm.
Gloves were annoying when people used them to punch you down but were really fun from a movment perspective.
Only thing i hated were the magneto gloves and how necessary they are to win as people are running nitro gloves to get high and then magneto down.
Im looking forward to guns being the central aspect of combat but idk with all these marvel powers coming in.

Try something new in this meta? I've done that all season really. And have died constantly because of it. Haven't won a single solo match since the stupid magneto cheese dropped. This season can't leave fast enough. Ha ha ha.

Try reload quests or festival, festival leveled me up pretty quick
Play Lego Fortnite or other creative maps 🤷♂️ if you have the time to just mess around and chill in Lego Fortnite and don’t wanna break your keyboard/controller from playing in sweat lobbies, you’ll get a good amount of xp

if you are desperate you can get 5lvl in 3 hours of playing lego, 6 from jam stage and do a bit more from the rocket racing challenges and 5 from creative just choose the ones you like more and do it i usually use the aim training maps
Buying levels, level up quest pack, reload, etc
I feel like its more of a time to use the nitro gauntlets and magneto gloves this is ur last chance enjoy the fancy weapons one last time

Can't wait for magnetos to be vaulted. Sadly the stuff in season 4 looks even worse. I hope a lot of it is just eye candy. Weapons should require skill to use. Stop pandering to unskilled newbz players with Skill-ließ weapons.
As a huge marvel fan I’m pretty excited for the next season. But, I think there are going to be more annoying weapons than this season which I’m not looking forward to.
It really annoys me when so many people complain about the loot pool. Everyone has access to the same weapons. If you’re repeatedly losing to a certain item, just fight fire with fire and have some fun doing it. Adapt or play at a disadvantage
Forced play styles are not fun. Forced to use cars because they're good when you don't want to use cars is not fun. Forced to use magneto when you'd rather use normal guns is not fun. You're saying people should be forced to use items they don't enjoy just because they're good?
