yaa but you dont get the booseted brf income then, ofc that wouldent matter on this run bc he didnt use any brfs tho :p
he could've gotten both, but he already had a 005 village (with a EMF loan as sac I think) and selling that to rebuy another would probably only be very slightly better.
Also, something that he didn't do that I did (since when I beat it I went for 520 farm first as well) was use the 005 village as sac (I had sac'd 3 024 farms) to a temple and then get a better village after that (around round 80).
the reason why you get bcentral is for the buff not the efficiency. Sure you lose money short term but its better long term for your economy.

Still not as evil as 500% Speed, 200% Health Dreadbloon.
This was my first time beating Dreadbloon. I also did it without a guide. I think NK this week had a particular strategy in mind, which I hopefully figured out. That strategy, of course, was just to put the strongest form of every tower down, including TSG. All of that seemed to do the trick. It did for me, at least.
they seemed to be trying to ban all the meta least cash strats by preventing tower spam
@ maybe ill have to watch a least cash run and see what they do for this boss
This boss was way less annoying than other ones bc you only have to worry about cramming your farming into one spot instead of filling out the whole map. To maximize farming you should get 3 brfs into the monkeyopolis and then in its range get the tier 5 farms in range of 3 bottom path druids, and also 3 middle path snipers, 3 middle path helis, 2 bottom path boats, as well as another monkey city to buff the monkeyopolis and a sun temple and true sun god nearby as well to buff your farms and receive buffs from the villages
Spirit of The Forest helps a ton. A good clean up as well as money generation. Sun Temple with support sacrafices making 7200$ (while being within range of an X-X-4 village) per round is also huge.
Only issue is the sheer lag in tier 4 and 5, otherwise, one of the only Dreadbloon variants I actually ended up liking.
Oh wow. I did the same thing, but my Sun Temple only produced $6,000 per round.
Thought my phone was gonna melt on this boss. Even with effects scaled down it going hard in the paint.

I personally prefer the more unique bosses, it's certainly better than the exact same heavy farming strats to build whatever you want in the late game over and over again
Ethan did one boss event via IMF Farming and now he’s never turning back. Imagine the next boss event blocks the middle path farm 😂
the worst part of this boss that it actually mattered more to finish t5 before 140, and to withstand the projectile lag. other than that it was a fine elite.
if only my dumbass saw there were 3 fams instead of 2...
on standard there are only 2 farms

FOR ANYONE STRUGGLING! If you do it with a friend and you get 1 of each 5th tier you can still buy the paragon! That's how I cheesed it a bit this week, we got 3 paragons and called it a die
for real tho, the best towers to use against bosses are in the military category which makes dreadbloon a dread to play against.
Mind you, this is the last boss of update 46

I hate dreadbloon, but I did quite like this one. This was my first elite dreadbloon, too.
Tier 1: Farm with druid+marketplace, sell under boat buff for 37k. Kill the boss with tack zone, embrit and ninja
Tier 2: Farm with a 3 BRF opolis, then build back the BRFs, grab druids, special poperations and chinooks, maybe snipers too. Beat the tier with tack zone, sbrit and MAD.
Tier 3: Upgrade to Banana Central, grab the rest of the money-making towers, beat the boss with like, super mines and legend of the night used interchangeably
Tier 4: Temple+MAD+Flying Fortress+LotN+whatever else you want
Tier 5: TSG, second temple, spam everything
I thought it would be just another annoying boss but no it was fun.
I used an Elite Defender, Ezili, and later a bomb blitz, and used the sacrifice totem to activate the hp loss abilities and melted tier 1, 2 and 3.
I don't know why nobody else thought that strat.
Watching him go for banana central before getting a maxed (for the challenge) monkeyopolis was painful. Granted, money isn’t very tight on this one, but there was so much farming potential left on the table.
Dread Bloon would be fun if there was no rockbloons. I hate rockbloons.
The fact that he was able to play the boss during update 47 means the update will come this week

The update-version your, or his, game is on, doesn't matter for when certain boss events come out. If it were possible to play outdated update-versions, you'd still be able to see the current active boss event. (I'm pretty sure)

Ambient Mapp Effects turned off the Dreadbloon rock tornado at the edge of the screen I think

Congrats! Not tryna downplay your achievement or anything, but this week wasn't really that difficult tbh. The harder ones are mostly when there's super high hp- or speed-modifiers and/or when it's on a difficult map. If it's just tower-bans, one can usually figure out, which of the known good options are still available and just assume that'll work.
Just saying that, so that, if you're ever struggling against a boss, you don't get frustrated, when it's just supposed to be a difficult one, and so you can hopefully realize, that you might just be doing smth wrong or not understand smth in easier weeks

I didn't want to touch to this boss, but in ranked, it's extremely fun

They should've additionally either ban co-op entirely for this boss or rework health for co-op so it would be more fair. Otherwise it's only challenging solo

Please Ethan, use the village with max sacrefice! My village with 3 factories (buffed w. Second village) costs about the same as banana central but made me 16k each round instead of 8k for banana central! You're missing out on moneeeeyyyy please my man

Are people doing this on Normal for video clips? I see everyone putting towers on the right side. When I do that, it's like round 57 before the boss starts taking any damage because of the speed debuff. Like how did people beat this like that?

The boss wasn't actually that bad! The insane special rock bloons nearly ended me every Boss wave!! [Still have no clue how to destroy them]
I usually just make most of my boss defense primary since there aren't any primary immune rock Bloons. That way, the normal boss defense defends the rocks as well also: the rocks are considered moabs so something like a X-3-X bomb dias pretty good damage to them
I didnt find it that hard. I mean, yeah its hardER, but you get the farms, miniopolis, brfs, new opolis, brfs, central, and then the other t5 farms. Yeah sure no paragons is tough, but you can get a max tsg andnit shredz
With the free dart monkeys cant you just create a dart paragon?
When I started the boss battle and saw the limitations, I immediately closed the game. It's not fun like this for me.

Boss is super slow, had you gotten a SPOP for t1, you could have stalled the rounds and gotten $11,250 a round. Not bad for a $45,500 tower.
Wait a min.... no other tower can have 3 or more on the field... except the Banana farm... and it takes 3 teir 5s to make a paragon...

This video is for the much harder elite mode. Normal doesn't need a guide for most. It doesn't even need a 5th tier top path super.
