If you enter into this neighborhood you should be scared! Houses are ready and standing to collapse, you can see people with strange faces! It is very close to the city center and to a big mall. Also it is located near the bus station. 10 minutes walk to the city center.

Well...I beg to disagree. I walked through Gazi baba and northern Chair (the part above the old town and above the Nikola Karev Blvd) nearly all day, and I felt very safe as a tourist. Few little boys who were playing football actually chated with me (thinking I am an American, which I´m not) and at the end I even took a picture of them. A few streets later an albanian woman in hijab gave me cool water from her hosepipe so that I could cool myself (it was a hot day and my own water was starting to get lukewarm every now and then, despite the fact that I´ve been getting fresh water from the many"česma" fountains near the bigger mosques). I also met few groups of older women dressed more conservatively (generally in darker coloured coats and hijabs), but I always said hello and they politely answered. The scariest thing I´ve seen in Gazi baba was the sad state of many houses and the obvious problems with trash collection. Other than that my experience was completelly different than yours.

Yes add one more line - They also live aa we live They eat what we eat ..we do help others to get peace ..but the only difference is They kill others to get peace and heaven .

Yes, exactly I'm Albanian American and the first time I went there was age 18. It's mostly small children hanging out in the streets and a lot of poverty. I have lots of cousins there.
